Owners Michelle and Tim Hogan purchased this 1890's era building for their Design Center and business storage. The Hogans both have a background in event production and travel all over the United States for corporate events but after moving to Corsicana, Texas, they decided to do something in their own backyard. After renovating the main floor and warehouse, they began on the top floor that is now The Collin Club and The Rooftop. After three long years of renovation, the building is now fully restored in all its glory from the past with a twist of modernization. A pleasant, private area where coworkers, friends, and family can meet together. Reunions, weddings, retreats, girls' weekends, and business events are all held here. In a variety of private and semi-private accommodations, the property can accommodate big parties of up to 50 people. Stay out of the ordinary in one of our 19 modern-rustic rooms located throughout the property. You can book the entire property up to two years in advance or a single room within a month. There are two interior spaces that are great for hosting parties, as well as 30 acres of outdoor space to create your ideal gathering beneath the shade of oak trees. The Gathering House and Two Bedroom Cottage both have full kitchens, and many of our cabins and suites have kitchenettes. Our overnight guests are welcome to utilize our pool. The entire property can be rented out to assure your group's privacy. We also welcome smaller parties who only need a portion of the facility or a couple who wants to rekindle their romance in their own private suite. Moon River Ranch sits on 550 acres along the Brazos River near Waco, Texas, operating as the only wildlife ranch in the state that functions as both an animal sanctuary and a river preserve. More than 500 wild animals — including zebras, wildebeest, and oryx — live on the property year-round, giving the ranch its distinctive backdrop for weddings, corporate retreats, and social gatherings. Weddings and special events are held at Deerfield Estates, a leading wedding and special events site in Waco, Texas. originally a timber frame barn from Newton, Pennsylvania built in the 1840s and now a lovely and unique special event space, encircled by a ceremony rose garden and nestled amongst native Texas trees in a park-like setting, this historic legacy has been lovingly restored. Deerfield is a location. Located 10 miles north of Waco and Baylor University, Deerfield Venue is a historic timber frame outstanding wedding and event location intended to accommodate the C-suite and wedding parties. Spring Lake Road and Deerfield Drive, where the 5000 sq. ft. project is located, are bordered by magnificent rose gardens and are situated in a parklike setting of native Texas trees and foliage, which creates a parklike atmosphere for visitors. In addition to wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate meetings/events and family reunions, galas, fundraisers, product launches and holiday parties can all be held at Deerfield Venue, which can be changed in a variety of ways. It is believed that the ancient timber frame was initially handcrafted in the 1840s in Newtown, a community in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Set in the heart of McLane Stadium, the Baylor Club is one of the few private clubs in the nation located on a university campus. Its spaces look out over Baylor's campus, John Eddie Williams Field, and Downtown Waco through floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor balconies, giving events a backdrop that few venues in the region can match. The club offers a wide range of private event spaces suited to nearly any occasion, from intimate gatherings of a few guests to weddings, galas, and conferences for several hundred. The Ballroom, with its 40-foot ceilings and built-in audio/visual capabilities, anchors the collection, while smaller lounges, suites, and open-air settings suit business meetings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, and milestone celebrations. For truly one-of-a-kind events, the club can even open up the football field itself. Dining is central to the experience. Market at the Mill is a multi-building complex centered on a central courtyard with open areas and patios for vendors and customers. The original layout and style of the historic Dansby Feed Mills business, which has been a landmark in downtown Clifton since the early 1930's, is closely replicated in the design of the new buildings. Market at the Mill is the ideal location for a wedding, reception, special event, corporate party, or family reunion because the materials from the original structures were salvaged and repurposed in the new buildings to capture the nostalgia of the location. It also has a retail space, which offers customers a fun and unique shopping experience in addition to the event space. It had been a landmark in downtown Clifton for many years when the Dansby Feed Mills closed its doors. Andy and Lisa Horn purchased the property and restored it to its former glory, making it a unique addition to the Clifton experience for visitors. Construction of the buildings was completed using only the carefully salvaged interior and exterior materials from the original structures. The layout of the buildings, as well as their elevations and styles, were preserved in their original form. Besides providing an exceptional shopping experience, the main building and the other two buildings can be rented out for special events to create a one-of-a-kind event venue. An expansive courtyard and covered pavilion are also available for guests to enjoy a beverage while sampling food from popular mobile food trucks. Live music will be performed both indoors and outdoors, and will be scheduled on a regular basis throughout the year.

A 6500-square-foot white barn located in the center of a grove of gorgeous Texas oak trees serves as our venue. The barn is situated on a 100-acre plot of land with open fields and scattered trees. We can fulfill your wishes whether you want to say "I do" in the fields or the forests, or indoors with air conditioning. A big covered porch adjoins a 30'x80' turf area with string lights hanging overhead in our 35-foot barn. The 3600-square-foot grand room, entryway, big prep kitchen, and lovely bridal suite are all located on the lower level. The groom's suite and office, as well as a balcony overlooking the great chamber, are located upstairs. At Old Bethany, every detail is carefully considered. Shiplap was used on the walls and the ceiling was painted white. The grassy space is great for ceremonies, parties, dances, and whatever else you can think of. The main chamber, which is unadorned because it does not require anything, has large windows that let in plenty of natural light, making it ideal for photographs — the chandeliers dangle overhead for a final touch, like a lovely necklace on a bride. The wood flooring are ideal for dancing or simply looking. The pure-white stairwell with black iron railing encourages you to ascend. I'm sure many brides fluffed their gowns for wedding photos here at Old Bethany. You have access to the premises from 9:00 a.m. to midnight, 350 chairs and 35 tables, a venue organizer on site, a security guard, and various possibilities for your event, both inside and out.

Happy Trails Shindigs & Events is a wedding and event venue on 22 acres in Blooming Grove, Texas. Our renovated 1,800-square-foot barn features exposed wooden beams, a checkered dance floor, and a custom bar, with covered outdoor seating on the property. Couples can get ready in a grain-bin bridal suite and a Western-inspired bunkhouse, each with air conditioning and a bathroom.
