Hundreds of Boston's most imaginative events have taken place on the Cyclorama's historic brick floor, magnificent copper dome, and skylight. The Cyclorama is a blank canvas on which you can paint whatever you want. The Stanford Calderwood Pavilion at Boston Center for the Arts, a collaboration between BCA and the Huntington Theatre Company, contributes to Boston's South End's status as a major cultural center. It's a three-story, 35, 000-square-foot building with two first-class theatres and three versatile event and rehearsal areas. The Huntington Theatrical Company, SpeakEasy Stage Company, and Company One Theatre are among the award-winning and respected theatre organizations that have performed at the Calderwood Pavilion since its inception in 2004. Nearly one million people have visited the Calderwood Pavilion, which has hosted 4000 performances and more than 300 organizations. Boston Center for the Arts, which first opened its doors to the public in 1970, has been engaging the creative community for the public good for the past five decades. While the organization's physical home is in Boston's historic South End, the Boston Center for the Arts is involved in every aspect of the city's cultural environment. Our menu consists not only of traditional Greek recipes, but also of food that has been imported directly from the Mediterranean. Prepare for a diverse selection of mezedes, or small plates, imported feta cheese, horiatiki salad, and a constantly changing selection of seafood from the Mediterranean, such as lavraki seabass and grilled octopus, to name a few. The bar is stocked with Greek wines and liquors that are difficult to come by, as well as the usual selection of spirits and craft beers. Desserts such as baklava, Greek yogurt and honey (both of which will be imported from Greece), and more will be available, as well as Greek coffee and traditional frappes, among other things. The Maso Studio is a fully convertible black box space located on the second floor of the theatre’s west wing. It has a maximum seating capacity of 227 (pending configuration). The space is regularly used for small performances and rehearsals as well as social events. The Maso Studio is fully ADA compliant.

The Schooner Thomas E. Lannon is a 65-foot Essex-built fishing schooner docked at Seven Seas Wharf in downtown Gloucester, Massachusetts. Built in 1997 in Essex, the vessel sails from mid-May through mid-October, offering guests a glimpse of what it was like to work aboard a Gloucester fishing schooner a century ago — crew assistance and an invitation to help raise the sails included. For private events, the Lannon accommodates up to 49 guests on an exclusive charter, with a captain, crew, and beverage service attendant on board. Weddings, corporate outings, anniversary and birthday celebrations, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and memorial services are among the occasions the vessel regularly hosts. Catering can be arranged through the adjacent Gloucester House Restaurant — including lobster bakes — or through a caterer of the client's choosing. A full liquor license is maintained on board.

Ferncroft Country Club occupies 287 acres of gently rolling land in Middleton, Massachusetts, 16 miles north of downtown Boston. Founded in 1969 around an 18-hole championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., the club opens its clubhouse to non-members for private celebrations, offering four configurable event spaces complemented by in-house culinary service. The Jones Room accommodates up to 100 guests in a naturally lit space with wall-to-wall windows, an oak fireplace, and a large attached outdoor deck overlooking the course — well suited to seated dinners, cocktail receptions, and corporate meetings alike. The Robert Scott Room is the club's main ballroom, handling up to 300 guests for a reception and available as one expansive hall or divided into two smaller rooms for more intimate gatherings.
