Loop Studios Inc. is a unique, premium setting designed for production and corporate events. Our high-end space has 6 different spaces including a large great room, library, wellness room, apothecary, kitchen and outdoor courtyard. We are also right across the street from a beautifully designed park. Our space is perfect for corporate off-sites with a large presentation and meeting room and full LED flat panel. We only rent for full days (not by the hour), you can rent one studio for $5,000 or the entire space for $8,000 for up to 12 hours. This includes a studio and kitchen manager but does not include catering. Should you require catering or have more than 100 people, rental of the entire space is mandatory. Columbia Inn Restaurant is a Montville, New Jersey establishment founded in 1997 by brothers Ryan and Aran McDermott, both Montville natives whose family has been part of the community since 1982. The building itself has deeper roots: constructed in the 1870s as Montville's town hall, it later became an inn serving travelers along the corridor between historic Route 202 and the Morris Canal. The McDermott family carries on a hospitality tradition started by their father, Joe McDermott, who previously opened Harrigan's restaurant in the area. The Columbia Inn is recognized for its thin-crust pizza and Italian menu. For private events, the venue offers a dedicated party room accommodating up to 65 guests, with an events team that handles all planning so hosts can focus on the occasion itself.
