Mohawk Falls is a seasonal event venue set on a 40-acre estate alongside the Mohawk River, at the gateway to Dixville Notch in northern New Hampshire. Open mid-May through mid-October, the grounds welcome weddings, proms, reunions, business meetings, concerts, and arts and crafts festivals. At the center of the property stands The Pavilion, a 40-by-80-foot post-and-beam structure built in 2016 that seats up to 180 guests comfortably around round tables, with room for a buffet, a dance floor, and an interior bar. A deck extends to the edge of a private pond, connected by footbridge to The Gazebo — an outdoor ceremony site ringed by towering evergreens, garden beds, and globe lights, with capacity for up to 200 guests. Event coordinator Cynthia Bartlett works with clients to customize each event to their needs. Outside caterers are welcome for private rentals.

At the center of the event experience is The Shovel Handle Pub — a restored 1842 post-and-beam barn spanning three open levels with original timber architecture, a stone fireplace, and twinkle lighting throughout. Three outdoor ceremony sites are available on the grounds: the Front Lawn with a white birch arbor and brick patio for up to 250 guests; the Hillside site with panoramic White Mountain views for up to 120; and the Woodland setting, where guests cross a wooden footbridge over a stream and follow a 200-foot bridal path through birch trees to an old stone hearth, with seating for up to 150.
