The walls / surfaces have various textures such as industrial concrete, a bronze, gold brushed wall, and hand-restored over 100 years old vintage doors. We also offer our designer and custom-made furniture on-site or the space can be completely empty, it’s all based on your ideas and project LOFT 29 has been a staple venue spot for high-end clientele such as Versace, Elle Magazine, CBS, H&M, TJ Maxx, and many more.

The Moxy Chelsea, located on 28th street between 6th and 7th Avenue, is home to 349 beautifully designed rooms. Rising 35 stories high, Moxy Chelsea packs in all the amenities with none of the price tag. Cozy bedrooms, designed with intelligence—and a touch of wit—are flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows. The building’s architecture honors the neighborhood with its industrial facade and soaring, greenhouse-style atrium. Guests enter through the Flower Shop, an overgrown boutique offering a curated selection of seasonal, fresh-cut flowers, as well as unexpected curiosities and whimsical gift items.

Located on the Plaza Level of Chelsea’s storied Maritime Hotel, La Sirena offers two distinct dining experiences. The Dining Room speaks to an elegant, more traditional multi-coursed meal. The Bar Room represents a relaxed extension of The Dining Room, fitting whether you’re looking for snacks, a full meal, or you just want to dive head first into a bowl of pasta and call it a day. The menu, which draws from the entire Italian peninsula, may be ordered either “prezzo fisso” or a la carte and is punctuated with a selection of inventive desserts by Pastry Chef Thea Habjanic, ending every meal on a sweet note. During the warmer months, La Sirena features a sprawling 4000 square foot patio, uniquely situated one story above street level, providing an unparalleled al fresco drinking and dining experience. From the enormous disco ball plated with 10,000 pennies hanging over the dining room to the wall of antique tequila barrels, Bodega Negra is as much a feast for the eyes as it is the palate. Amidst the cozy, intimate, moodily-lit “Tudor Hacienda” décor, Chef de Cuisine Victor Santibanez (in collaboration with Executive Chef Brad Warner) has crafted an upscale Mexican menu designed for sharing with small plates such as fresh ceviches, tacos and salads, as well as more generously proportioned dishes like Roasted Chile Rellano, Lamb Barbacoa Tacos and Carne Asade. Bodega Negra also has a beautiful private dining room, that can hold between 18-24 guests, making it ideal for group dinners, office parties or birthday celebrations.

BENOIT NY opened its doors in 2008 in the historic La Cote Basque space, founded by renowned Michelin-starred French chef Alain Ducasse. Our mission is to bring an authentic slice of French dining to the heart of New York City. Guests are transported to a Parisian bistro right in Midtown Manhattan. Our private rooms are located on the second floor of the restaurant, available for intimate small groups to bigger celebration gatherings.

Radio Park is our newest Rockefeller Center venue located on the 9th floor of 50 Rockefeller Plaza. This space features a half-acre garden that sits atop Radio City Music Hall. The space can accommodate up to 300 guests for cocktails or 150 for a seated meal in our interior space. There is existing lounge and outdoor furniture in the space. Catering and additional furniture would be arranged separately through vendors of your choosing, we are happy to provide recommendations.

Philippe Chow's Private & Semi-Private Dining Rooms are the ideal location for your event, whether you're planning a little get-together or a big party. We provide tailored food and beverage packages, a range of settings, and deliciously elegant experiences for you and your guests. Both the brand's distinctively contemporary appearance and Chef Chow's contemporary interpretation of classic Chinese food are upheld at Philippe Downtown. Bold red accents are used around the room to denote good fortune and joy in Chinese culture. The restaurant is open and adaptable, with movable spaces perfect for private dining options for gatherings of up to 225 people. Upon entering, visitors are enticed into the main dining area by a mirrored staircase lighted by subtle gold lighting. The seating options range from free-standing tables beneath a gold-leafed ceiling to opulently upholstered banquettes. The walls are decorated with tasteful artwork that combines light and textural materials. A DJ booth is housed in the main bar, which is behind the eating area, and is encircled by a golden bamboo display case.
