Preserving Legacy in Lincoln Park. The long-anticipated revival of the quintessential west-side Jersey City haunt has commenced. Casino in the Park, the hospitality core of Lincoln Park, has been an entertainment hub since its inception in 1950, playing host to celebrity and political dignitaries including Frank Sinatra and former President Bill Clinton. The ambitious site plan, showcasing a reimagined Casino in the Park structure, creatively incorporates aspects of the site’s legacy into the contemporary design. Adaptive reuse of the stone façade, timber beams and antique fixtures from the original Lincoln Lodge, Est. 1929, will be featured visual elements of the new facility, enabling the long and illustrious legacy to continue.

It is located in Long Island City's beautiful, brand-new waterfront park at Hunters Point South. The event location and associated park space will be home to a wide variety of public and private events throughout the year. LIC Landing's restaurant features a healthy selection of locally-sourced offerings as well as craft beers and fine wines, and of course, COFFEED's specialty coffees and teas. The cafe has a pick-up window, but will also offer table service under the park's majestic pavilion. As with all COFFEED locations, LIC Landing by COFFEED allocates a portion of sales revenue to a community-based non-profit - in this case, the Hunters Point Parks Conservancy, a community group created to support the use and upkeep of the parks, green spaces and waterfront in Hunters Point, Queens. TIWA is a cultural event space and gallery in the heart of New York's historic Tribeca neighborhood. SPACE: The Main Gallery space overlooking historic Walker Street is a clean slate allowing for a variety of uses, specifically private dinners, cocktail receptions, talks, presentations, and exhibitions. The Rear Gallery, which houses an extensive library of art books and lounge seating, allows for an extension of the Main Gallery, or for a separate gathering space that provides staging, back of house, or a meeting area. GALLERY: Celebrating the blurred line between art and design, and the ever-evolving culture of craft, TIWA Select is a platform and gallery space engaging with artists and makers who share an affinity for the unexpectedness of the handmade. Largely self-taught with the ability to work with locally-sourced materials, collaborators draw on traditional practices in their craft — but always as an embodied interpretation of their time, environment, and culture. Located in the Ludlow Hotel on Manhattan’s storied Lower East Side, Dirty French is an energetic bistro created by the acclaimed hospitality brand Major Food Group and its co-founders Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and Rich Torrisi. Dirty French's Main Dining Room can accommodate large parties of up to 24 guests non-privately or it can be booked privately for up to 90 guests seated or 150 guests for a reception-style event. Dirty French's Private Dining Room is located on the 2nd Floor of the Ludlow Hotel, through a private entrance. The room has a built-in bar, dedicated restrooms, a private coat check, and large windows overlooking Ludlow Street. It can be booked for up to 50 guests seated or 80 guests for a reception-style event. Dirty French’s Garden is a beautiful courtyard that is located on the ground floor of the Ludlow Hotel. The space features a glass ceiling, exposed brick walls, a picture window looking into the kitchen, and open airflow. It can be booked for up to 24 guests seated.
