Fort Worth Boat Club has stood on the shores of Eagle Mountain Lake since 1929, blending nautical recreation with dining and event space for private gatherings, weddings, and celebrations of life. The club's setting is its signature asset — sweeping lake views frame the Longhorn Ballroom, the Commodore's Room, and the open-air Canvas Patio, each available for private events. The Longhorn Ballroom seats up to 70 guests beneath a grand fireplace and Longhorn mount that nod to the club's Texas heritage, while the Commodore's Room and Deck comfortably hosts 36 or more guests with access to the Hoss Bar, a bridal suite, and outdoor fire tables overlooking the water. Since three generations ago, our family has made use of this teeny-tiny piece of Texas, sometimes known as paradise. In the beginning, it was our grandfather's small 80-acre "place in the country," which he used to enjoy the outdoors on by hunting, fishing, and simply taking in the scenery. Although he did not cultivate vegetables or raise poultry here, he did have a horse for the grandkids to ride, several cows (mainly as pets), and a Brahma Bull named Baby. He referred to this place as his "farm" (his biggest pet of all). Our parents built the home as well as the movie theater, which is now known as The Ruby Chapel, in the early 1990s, and it served as their Texas residence for the subsequent 20 years. As they became older, they "downsized" the land until it was ultimately reduced to the current size of 7 acres.

Venues for Events The North Lawn is a grassy area on the north side of Celebrate your special occasion outside and soak in the ambience that Bridlewood has to offer. The North Lawn provides breathtaking views of our magnificent golf course. For outdoor ceremonies, garden chairs must be rented. Depending on the weather, a tent rental may be necessary. Dining Room at Belmont The Belmont Dining Room is the largest of the three banquet halls and is suitable for receptions, gala events, conferences, and a variety of other large-scale events. The picturesque views of the 10th hole and our North Lawn make the transition from course to feast easy. Include a dancing floor so you may party all night! The Belmont Room can accommodate up to 160 people. The Atrium is a space in the heart of the city The Atrium has a view of the 1st tee and gives guests a sense of upmarket comfort. The room's formal grandeur is created by gorgeous iron chandeliers and cedar beams, while the stone mantle and fireplace make you feel at ease. Our hay comes from irrigated farms in Texas and is of the highest quality. Individual stalls with shavings, various secure meadows for daily turnout, a 110 x 330 lighting arena, a smaller lighted riding arena, two round pens, and over 30 miles of gorgeous trails surround Lake Benbrook are just a few of our amenities. The US Army Corps of Engineers maintains the riding trails, which are recognized as horse trails. On the paths, no motorized vehicles are permitted.
