Founded in 1914, the Lyme Art Association is a nonprofit arts center in Old Lyme, Connecticut, rooted in the legacy of the American Impressionists who gathered in this corner of the state a century ago. The building was designed by architect Charles Adams Platt and opened in 1921 — its classical arched entrance, symmetrical facade, and skylit galleries remain the defining features of the space today. The gallery is available for private rental and accommodates approximately 120 guests across its interconnected exhibition rooms, including the Foyer Gallery, the Foster Caddell and Cooper-Ferry Galleries, the Cole Gallery, and the Goodman Gallery. Potowomut Golf Club has been a fixture of Rhode Island golf since 1927, when a group of golfers built a private course on rolling terrain near Narragansett Bay, in the Potowomut section of Warwick. The 18-hole, par-71 course was designed by Walter Johnson, a disciple of architect Donald Ross, and has been carefully restored over the decades while staying true to its founding character: small, fast greens and a walking tradition that rewards strategy over length. While membership defines daily play at Potowomut, the club opens its course and clubhouse to non-members for weddings, corporate golf outings, and private celebrations. Golf outings get full course access with shotgun starts or tee times, practice facilities, and professional starter and ranger support, while receptions and dinners move into the clubhouse private dining room and patio, which overlooks the 18th green. Catering is handled in-house, with menus customized for each event and full bar service available, and every event is guided by a dedicated event coordinator from proposal through event day.

The Smith Farm property was originally purchased in 1718 by Matthew Smith. The home was constructed in 1778, the land used as a small family farm until the early 1900s. Over the years, the house was neglected, falling into disrepair. In 1985, Malcolm and Peggy Winkley purchased the property, intent on providing a healthy, country environment for their family of five active, growing children. Whether a family reunion, birthday party, shower, anniversary, corporate event or any other special gathering, we offer the perfect unique historical backdrop. We are known for our meticulous attention to detail in our service and our decor. A sailcloth tent is always available for use. In keeping with our traditional appeal, our modern bathroom trailer covered in barn board suggests an earlier era outhouse. Play lawn games, have a picnic and at the end of a fun filled day, a toasted s’more at our fire pit is a must! The farm house is also available to rent for the day or take advantage of the overnights option and extend your stay.

The Surf Lodge's rooms and communal areas are all decorated with a subtle coastal theme that runs throughout them. With white washed walls, sun bleached floors, private balconies, cozy beds, shady hammocks, and large-scale artwork by surfers and surf lovers throughout the property, our rooms reflect the style and simple luxuries of a tropical getaway. For weekend reservations, we require a two-night minimum stay to be honored. Unless your reservation is for a Friday night, you must also make a reservation for Saturday night. Priam Vineyards is a 40-acre farm winery in Colchester, Connecticut, established in 1998 and licensed as a farm winery in 2002. Set on a hilltop with sweeping views of 35 miles of New England countryside, the vineyard sits just 15 miles from Long Island Sound on terrain whose gravelly soil and climate bear comparison to the Graves region of France and the Alsatian corridor. The vineyard has been voted Connecticut Winery of the Year five consecutive years. The property hosts weddings and private events across two distinct settings. The Valiant is a 97-foot yacht operated by Charles River Boat Company, a family-run business that has cruised Boston Harbor and the Charles River since 1990. Departing from Rowes Wharf, with alternate dockage available on request, the Valiant carries guests along the water for weddings, cocktail receptions, and celebratory gatherings such as birthdays and reunions. Aboard, a traditional salon area with a full bar connects to a wicker-furnished fantail, while an extended bow offers a spot for photography and harbor views.
