To reserve the space for up to 100 guests, you have exclusive access to our back patio between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM on any day of the week. An event coordinator will work with you through the entire process and be on-site the day of to ensure everything runs smoothly. For food and beverage options, we offer a variety of choices. You may select from our in-house passed hors d'oeuvres or opt for one of our preferred catering partners for a full-course meal. Prices can vary depending on your selection. In terms of beverages, we offer wine and beer. Please note that beverage purchases are in addition to the rental fee. If you choose to bring your own beverages, a corkage fee will apply. The glitter of 22-karat gold greets visitors to the China Cabin, once the elegant social saloon of the PS China, giving them a glimpse of the old-world luxury and attention to detail that first-class passengers enjoyed when the ship first sailed from its home port of San Francisco. The Cabin consists of a large room and two small staterooms. Its plain exterior belies the ornate and regal appointments inside. The walls and arched ceiling are panels of elaborately decorated wood that have been painted a crisp white and highlighted with gold leaf. Along the sides of the Cabin are a series of small, delicately etched glass windows; handsome crystal chandeliers hang at each end of the room. The Cabin also has decks on three sides that have wonderful views of the San Francisco skyline and of the colorful boats berthed at the nearby yacht harbor. Thank you for taking the time to look over our property. Since 2015, we've been hosting weddings, and it's been a true honor. We offer weddings for up to 180 people on weekends from mid-May to October, and smaller celebrations throughout the year. We offer two locations for ceremonies: a 150-year-old eucalyptus and cypress grove with a stunning view of the sea, and our front garden (with the bay towering enormous in the background). Receptions are held in our 160-year-old hay barn, which has recently been rebuilt, and we can also host your rehearsal dinner and next-day brunch on the front lawn. The ranch is a perfect intimate, comfortable, and gorgeous spot for family and friends to hang out, play lawn games, and use as a home base to explore West Marin, including kayaking, hiking, local oysters, and artisan cheeses. The graceful cypress lined drive up to the estate is wrapped in vineyards. The lush lawn, infinity pool and decks are all at the view's edge.
