This isn't your typical rental property. Originally erected in the early 1900s with a cobbler as the first owner, the building was then converted into a zinc foundry, where it stood for almost 50 years. The foundry was also said to be the location where Oscars were cast! We took over the property and completed a thorough restoration, transforming it into a modern, open-concept photography studio while keeping the building's industrial feel. We've had the pleasure of hosting a number of incredible projects with some incredibly talented clients from all over the country. This room is ready for your next project, whether it's photography, video, casting, or something else else. Key features: - Working area of 3,000 square feet - 12' ceilings, kitchen, acid-stained concrete in North Shooting Bay - 12' ceilings and a wooden floor in the South Shooting Bay - Shoot-in restaurant class kitchen with commercial 6-burner gas range and several refrigerator/freezers - 2 Styling Stations, enough of light, numerous countertops, and a designated sink - Large open meeting areas as well as a private office are available for use. - Client Lounge - brimming with interesting art books - Bathroom - fully accessible bathroom with walk-in shower. - 2 moveable and paintable 12x6 foot L-shaped walls - Loading Dock - studio access via garage door for fast setup and deconstruction - Parking - There are two allocated off-street parking spaces as well as plenty of free street parking. - Prop Shop is located on-site, while Propabilities is located just down the lane. - For the length of your session, there will be an on-site studio manager. - With a computer station and printer, there is a dedicated manufacturing area. - On multi-day shoots or when off-site TV monitors for remote watching and conferencing, there is a locked storage room for enhanced protection. - WIFI in the woodshop - high-speed - Sound system with surround sound - We'll provide you with a list of the basic grip gear that's included. - The studio is only a few minutes away from ProGear and Dodd Camera. In The Office, sip on rare, antique spirits or enjoy traditional cocktails created by our professional bartenders. Not in the mood for any of the cocktails on our menu? Choose Dealer's Choice and our bartenders will create a one-of-a-kind drink using your favorite tastes and spirits. Exclusive to The Office, there are also delectable culinary options. It's an opportunity to use all of your senses — sight, smell, sound, temperature, and taste. The Aviary is one such location. This cocktail bar is the idea of chefs Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas. The Aviary is a playground where your expectations of a night out drinking are tested and redefined. The Aviary is known for its innovative cocktail presentations, such as the In-The-Rocks, Vacuum Pot, and The Porthole, but it's also known for its cutting-edge ice program and exquisite food. Beatrix is a coffeehouse, restaurant, and gathering spot in the Chicago districts of River North, Streeterville, Fulton Market, and Oak Brook. Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises' Founder Rich Melman, Executive Partner and Divisional President Marc Jacobs, and Chef Partners John Chiakulas, Rita Dever, and Susan Weaver are the brains behind the restaurant. The menu is noted for its famous coffee and bakery counter, which includes signature cookies and in-house pastry favorites, and for its healthy meets tasty alternatives. Our coffee bar features Beatrix Coffee Roasters' house blends, which include Medium, Dark, Espresso, and Decaf roasts. Barista-created lattes, Bulletproof Coffee, Cold Brew Iced Coffee, Nitro, and featured special blends are all part of the coffee program. Gaijin by Chef Paul Virant is Chicago’s first okonomiyaki restaurant, offering both Hiroshima and Osaka styles of the savory Japanese pancake. A self-described gaijin, or “outsider” in Japanese, Virant playfully embraces this perspective and honors traditional preparations and techniques, as well as his well-known passion for pickling and preserving. Designed to deliver a lively and interactive culinary experience, the 60-seat space is anchored by a custom 12-foot griddle and chef’s counter and offers individual Hiroshima teppan griddles for table service. The dessert menu features kakigori, a shaved ice dessert, along with mochi donuts and other Japanese-inspired treats. The placement of Boqueria in the center of the West Loop's Fulton Market District provides three unique spaces for groups and parties to gather. Large events may also be held at the facility, which can be hired out in its entirety. The cocktail area, which is sandwiched between floor-to-ceiling windows and the bustling bar, is the ideal setting for festivities directly beneath the glow of the Fulton Market sign at night. The main dining area puts your guests in close proximity to the excitement at the bar while still giving them with a private spot to relax. Haymarket Pub & Brewery is a brewpub and event venue located at 737 W Randolph St in Chicago's Randolph Street corridor. The name pays tribute to Chicago's Haymarket Square — site of the 1886 Haymarket Affair, a labor demonstration that helped establish the eight-hour workday and inspired May Day observances around the world. That history informs the brewery's identity as a place for working people of all kinds, a welcoming spot to gather after a long day. The venue's private event space, The Haymarket Tavern, accommodates semi-private gatherings of up to 40 guests in a reserved section of the back bar and dining room, or full buyouts for groups of 100 or more — with complete venue buyouts available for up to 350 guests. The space comes equipped with two pool tables, two dart boards, seven flat-screen TVs, a 100-inch HD projector screen, and a full sound system. Sono Wood Fired is a Tuscany-influenced restaurant and event venue at 800 S. Clark Street in Chicago, operated by Good Eats Group. The kitchen centers on a wood-fired oven, producing handcrafted pizzas, starters, salads, and desserts rooted in Italian culinary tradition. The restaurant has earned four Michelin Recommendations and has been a part of the Chicago dining scene since 2010. It was October of 2019 when we opened our doors in the Albany Park neighborhood, just a few blocks north of the Kedzie Brown Line stop. After years in the service sector, the proprietor has worked as a photographer, chef, waiter, and all-around jack of all trades before opening his own business. Seasonal cocktails, late-night small plates and bar snacks, as well as rotating beer and wine, are served in an intimate and sophisticated space with attentive and friendly guest service.
