The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center is a working campus for the development of new American theater, set on a sweeping waterfront property in Waterford, Connecticut overlooking the Long Island Sound. Founded in 1964 by George C. White, the O'Neill has spent six decades as the country's preeminent organization dedicated to developing new works and new voices for the stage — earning Tony Awards in 1979 and 2010 and the National Medal of Arts in 2016. Productions first developed here include *In the Heights*, *Avenue Q*, *Fences*, and *The Piano Lesson*. The campus opens to private events from late August through spring, offering eight distinct rental spaces that range from a 300-guest outdoor garden with views of the Sound to an intimate Victorian mansion with parlor rooms and an outdoor patio. Adventure is a beautifully restored 62-foot classic riverboat available for private charter on the Connecticut River, operating out of Deep River, Connecticut. The vessel accommodates 4 to 40 guests and is well suited for intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate outings, birthday and anniversary celebrations, showers, reunions, and a range of other private gatherings. The main deck features custom woodwork, a bar, galley, and many windows, while the upper deck offers open-air seating with a canvas top and sides, festive lighting, and 360-degree river views. Both decks are equipped with a sound system, microphones, and Bluetooth music capability. Chef-created catering menus and full premium bar packages are available to accompany each cruise. Private charters run from 2 to 4 hours and depart seasonally between June and October. The Smith Farm property was originally purchased in 1718 by Matthew Smith. The home was constructed in 1778, the land used as a small family farm until the early 1900s. Over the years, the house was neglected, falling into disrepair. In 1985, Malcolm and Peggy Winkley purchased the property, intent on providing a healthy, country environment for their family of five active, growing children. Whether a family reunion, birthday party, shower, anniversary, corporate event or any other special gathering, we offer the perfect unique historical backdrop. We are known for our meticulous attention to detail in our service and our decor. A sailcloth tent is always available for use. In keeping with our traditional appeal, our modern bathroom trailer covered in barn board suggests an earlier era outhouse. Play lawn games, have a picnic and at the end of a fun filled day, a toasted s’more at our fire pit is a must! The farm house is also available to rent for the day or take advantage of the overnights option and extend your stay.

Beech Tree Cottages is a family-owned estate in Madison, Connecticut, set on three acres of landscaped grounds that have been home to nine seasonal cottages since the property was restored and reopened in 2001. The estate traces its origins to the 1940s, when it operated as a seaside retreat, and has been revitalized over the past two decades by the Talmadge family into a venue that blends coastal New England character with contemporary comforts. For private events and celebrations, the property offers an outdoor tented patio — a 40-by-40-foot frame tent with a chandelier, bistro string lights, lounge seating, and round dinner tables — along with a large open lawn set among the cottages. Welcome to The Old Field Vineyards, a very special place for your very special day. Set way back from the Main Road lies the vineyard, the great lawn and Southold Bay. Your guests arrive and saunter down the farm road, past the grape loaded vines towards the sparkling bay. With seats set up for the ceremony and to provide a walkway, you enter through the arches and walk across the green lawn towards towards your intended with the bay behind them. Following the ceremony, guests roam the great lawn in front of our 1850s home, or hang on the sandy beach enjoying a cocktail, the view and the privacy. When dinner is ready, everyone moves into the reception tent to celebrate your union, as the moon rises over Shelter Island. What could be more perfect! The Old Field is the only vineyard on Peconic Bay with a private beach to host your special event. Weddings and parties are held outdoors and under a tent from June 15th through September 15th, and we can accommodate a maximum of 250 guests. Wedding / Party Basics: Most of our “day” weddings begin around 3:30 PM and run until 12:00 AM. Music in order to be in compliance with The Town of Southold is to be off by 10:30 PM. Wine purchases are given 15% off the case price, excluding our sparkling wine. We ask that you pour our wines only. A property manager representing The Old Field on the day of the event is required. The Old Field supplies the venue which includes 500 feet of lawn and 600 feet of beach front, electricity and non potable water for cleaning up. The wedding party/ licensee is responsible for supplying their tent, portable toilets, caterer, band/DJ, party supplies, flowers and anything else they require for their event. We have a list of approved vendors to guide you with your choice. All garbage removal is the responsibility of the Licensee and is typically handled, at your request, by the caterer. Certificates of insurance naming a) The Old Field Vineyards and (b) Christian F. Baiz and Rosamond Phelps Baiz as additional insured are required from the Licensees and all vendors coming on the property for $1,000,000.00, $2,000,000.00 in the aggregate. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your site fee is due at the contract signing. The other half is due thirty days prior to the event, accompanied with a $1500.00 Security Deposit.

Priam Vineyards is a 40-acre farm winery in Colchester, Connecticut, established in 1998 and licensed as a farm winery in 2002. Set on a hilltop with sweeping views of 35 miles of New England countryside, the vineyard sits just 15 miles from Long Island Sound on terrain whose gravelly soil and climate bear comparison to the Graves region of France and the Alsatian corridor. The vineyard has been voted Connecticut Winery of the Year five consecutive years. The property hosts weddings and private events across two distinct settings. Bluebird Pasture, an outdoor tented venue, accommodates up to 300 guests for ceremonies and receptions from May through October and includes a 6,500-square-foot reception tent, catering tent, dance floor, bridal suite, fire pit, and air-conditioned restroom facilities. The Museum, which opened in 1960, is dedicated to preserving and interpreting our region's rich history. Our Tasting House venue sits at the edge of a ten acre vineyard which is available for ceremonies and photo opportunities at no additional charge. SITE FEE The Sparkling Pointe full venue site fee is based upon the seasonality of North Fork Wine Country Tourism. Fees range from $2,000 to $22,000, varying based on day of week, month, season, and holidays. Weddings & Events are available year round with hours from 6pm - 11pm Additional hours may be added for a fee. FOOD AND WINE SERVICE We work with an elite group of preferred caterers who can offer a variety of options and specially designed menus to fit your needs. They will also assist you with all necessary rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and china.
