Camp Laurelwood is a 140-acre retreat and event destination in Madison, Connecticut, offering private event hosting alongside its well-established overnight camp program. The property has welcomed weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, corporate retreats, Shabbatons, school programs, and multi-generational family gatherings. Indoor event spaces include Zach's Rec Hall, a climate-controlled building equipped with built-in audio and visual systems, and the Drazen Dining Hall, a rustic open-beam space suited for receptions and group meals. The property's private lake — described as the most popular ceremony spot — provides a scenic outdoor setting with sunset views over the water. The venue accommodates up to 300 guests for meetings and events, with sleeping arrangements for up to 250. An on-site camp chef handles meal service, including kosher catering, and outside caterers are permitted with approval. The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center is a working campus for the development of new American theater, set on a sweeping waterfront property in Waterford, Connecticut overlooking the Long Island Sound. Founded in 1964 by George C. White, the O'Neill has spent six decades as the country's preeminent organization dedicated to developing new works and new voices for the stage — earning Tony Awards in 1979 and 2010 and the National Medal of Arts in 2016. Productions first developed here include *In the Heights*, *Avenue Q*, *Fences*, and *The Piano Lesson*. The campus opens to private events from late August through spring, offering eight distinct rental spaces that range from a 300-guest outdoor garden with views of the Sound to an intimate Victorian mansion with parlor rooms and an outdoor patio. The Rose Barn Theater — original to the property — brings a rustic character to receptions and celebrations, while the Dina Merrill Theater offers the campus's largest indoor footprint with expansive windows and flexible configuration. East Creek Landing is a banquet hall in Guilford, Connecticut, offering event space on the Connecticut shoreline. The main hall seats up to 225 guests and features high ceilings, a built-in bar with soda fountain service, a hardwood dance floor, and climate control. A separate private meeting room accommodates up to 75 guests and is well suited for smaller celebrations, professional gatherings, and training sessions. Established in 1954, the Guilford Yacht Club sits on a secluded property along the Connecticut shoreline at the mouth of the West River, with views of the Guilford Harbor and Long Island Sound. The grounds feature a gracious lawn, an outdoor patio, and a large reception area with hardwood floors — all less than a mile from Guilford's historic town Green. The club hosts weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations for members and non-members alike. Events can be held indoors for up to 160 guests or under a tent on the grounds for up to 300. The property accommodates ceremonies on the Great Lawn overlooking the water, and a bridal suite with a private bathroom is available for wedding parties. Only one event takes place per day, with an on-site event manager included with every rental. Catering is provided exclusively by Gourmet Galley, which has coordinated and catered custom events for over 20 years.

Welcome to The Old Field Vineyards, a very special place for your very special day. Set way back from the Main Road lies the vineyard, the great lawn and Southold Bay. Your guests arrive and saunter down the farm road, past the grape loaded vines towards the sparkling bay. With seats set up for the ceremony and to provide a walkway, you enter through the arches and walk across the green lawn towards towards your intended with the bay behind them. Following the ceremony, guests roam the great lawn in front of our 1850s home, or hang on the sandy beach enjoying a cocktail, the view and the privacy. When dinner is ready, everyone moves into the reception tent to celebrate your union, as the moon rises over Shelter Island. What could be more perfect! The Old Field is the only vineyard on Peconic Bay with a private beach to host your special event. Weddings and parties are held outdoors and under a tent from June 15th through September 15th, and we can accommodate a maximum of 250 guests. Wedding / Party Basics: Most of our “day” weddings begin around 3:30 PM and run until 12:00 AM. Music in order to be in compliance with The Town of Southold is to be off by 10:30 PM. Wine purchases are given 15% off the case price, excluding our sparkling wine. We ask that you pour our wines only. A property manager representing The Old Field on the day of the event is required. The Old Field supplies the venue which includes 500 feet of lawn and 600 feet of beach front, electricity and non potable water for cleaning up. The wedding party/ licensee is responsible for supplying their tent, portable toilets, caterer, band/DJ, party supplies, flowers and anything else they require for their event. We have a list of approved vendors to guide you with your choice. All garbage removal is the responsibility of the Licensee and is typically handled, at your request, by the caterer. Certificates of insurance naming a) The Old Field Vineyards and (b) Christian F. Baiz and Rosamond Phelps Baiz as additional insured are required from the Licensees and all vendors coming on the property for $1,000,000.00, $2,000,000.00 in the aggregate. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your site fee is due at the contract signing. The other half is due thirty days prior to the event, accompanied with a $1500.00 Security Deposit.

The Southold Historical Museum was established in 1960 to "promote interest in and education about Southold's history, as well as to bring together those who wish to discover, acquire, preserve, maintain, and exhibit historic sites, buildings, and relics." Our mission has remained focused and clear since our inception. The Southold Historical Museum protects and interprets artifacts that engage, educate, and connect visitors to the history and culture of Southold. We support programs that encourage the long-term preservation of our cultural heritage. The Southold Historical Museum is one of the most important cultural institutions on Long Island's North Fork. The Museum, which opened in 1960, is dedicated to preserving and interpreting our region's rich history. The Museum does this through maintaining a headquarters and archive, as well as a number of historically noteworthy buildings that house some of the Museum's large collections. Enjoy! Weddings The museum grounds of the Southold Historical Society are located in the picturesque village of Southold, in the center of the North Fork. We proudly present Sparkling Pointe, an architectural beauty set in the style of an elegant French Country Manor. From the soaring double-height tasting room, exquisite Venetian Crystal Chandeliers, to the mesmerizing vineyard views, this opulent venue dazzles the senses and is the perfect setting for your special day. Events are held inside the Tasting House or as outdoor tented affairs on our large terrace. We can accommodate up to 120 guests seated inside and up to 250 on the terrace. The VIP Bubble Room includes a bridal suite with fireplace, full service bar, and private powder room. Our Tasting House venue sits at the edge of a ten acre vineyard which is available for ceremonies and photo opportunities at no additional charge. SITE FEE The Sparkling Pointe full venue site fee is based upon the seasonality of North Fork Wine Country Tourism. Fees range from $2,000 to $22,000, varying based on day of week, month, season, and holidays. Weddings & Events are available year round with hours from 6pm - 11pm Additional hours may be added for a fee. FOOD AND WINE SERVICE We work with an elite group of preferred caterers who can offer a variety of options and specially designed menus to fit your needs. They will also assist you with all necessary rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and china. Sparkling Pointe Bubbly for your toast is included with the rental and additional Sparkling Wine may be purchased at a 10% discounted rate. All other wine and alcoholic beverages are arranged for, purchased, and served directly by your caterer. ADDITIONAL VENDORS Having a wedding at Sparkling Pointe is extremely unique and involves hand-selecting vendors such as caterers, tents, florists, music, etc. Sparkling Pointe has a full list of recommended vendors for your convenience. We welcome new non-catering vendors for approval based on appropriate licensing and insurance. STAFFING Although Sparkling Pointe is only the venue for your wedding, we will work to guide you as you plan with your caterer and other vendors. The main staffing for your event including venue set up, food service, bartenders, venue breakdown, etc. will be provided directly by your caterer. Members of the Sparkling Pointe staff will also be on-site during your event to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Priam Vineyards is a 40-acre farm winery in Colchester, Connecticut, established in 1998 and licensed as a farm winery in 2002. Set on a hilltop with sweeping views of 35 miles of New England countryside, the vineyard sits just 15 miles from Long Island Sound on terrain whose gravelly soil and climate bear comparison to the Graves region of France and the Alsatian corridor. The vineyard has been voted Connecticut Winery of the Year five consecutive years. The property hosts weddings and private events across two distinct settings. Bluebird Pasture, an outdoor tented venue, accommodates up to 300 guests for ceremonies and receptions from May through October and includes a 6,500-square-foot reception tent, catering tent, dance floor, bridal suite, fire pit, and air-conditioned restroom facilities. The Tasting Room offers a more intimate indoor option for gatherings of 30 to 65 guests year-round, with access to the outdoor patio in summer months. Both spaces are served by Priam's own award-winning wines. Priam Vineyards was the first winery in New England to operate entirely on solar power and is certified by the National Wildlife Federation as a natural bird and wildlife habitat.

Pindar Vineyards' Pavilion and surrounding field can accommodate up to 80 persons for an outdoor event. For smaller gatherings, we also have the magnificent covered Wisteria Deck and the interior Lobby Gallery. Pindar Vineyards is contracted for the site fee and wine to be served, and an outside caterer is contracted for all food, rental, and non-wine beverage needs. The following is the pricing. Wedding of Pindar The cost of the Pindar Pavilion and surrounding grass area, as well as a half bottle of wine each person, ranges from $3,200 to $4,500, depending on the size of the wedding. The party host is responsible for the tent, tables, and chairs. The party and/or caterer are also responsible for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The site fee secures the full tasting room for your event. [Availability to be explored at a later date.] In addition to the site rental price, a fixed $150 staffing fee will be levied. Corporate Gatherings Pindar Vineyards is always open to hosting corporate events. Smaller gatherings of 30-60 persons can be accommodated. The Pavilion charges $350 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. A half-bottle of wine is required each participant. On request, a tour of the winery is included. [Please note that for corporate parties, the Pavilion area will be reserved for your party, but the winery tasting room will remain open at the above mentioned pricing.] The Wisteria Deck can seat 30 people for $350 per hour with a half-bottle of wine purchased per person as a minimum. On request, a tour is offered. In addition to the rental fee for the Pavilion and Wisteria Deck, a flat $150 staffing fee will be applied. Milestone & Celebration Events Baby showers, birthday parties, baptisms, bridal showers, and other events are all possible. $350 per hour for the Pavilion; $350 per hour for the Wisteria Deck; $250 per hour for the Lobby area. For all of the following places, a half bottle per person is necessary. In addition to the rental prices indicated above, a flat $150 staffing fee will be levied.

Anchored at Steamboat Dock in Essex, Connecticut, the Connecticut River Museum occupies a restored 1878 steamboat warehouse — the last of its kind on the river and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The museum sits on a 1.5-acre waterfront campus overlooking Essex Harbor, where the North Deck stretches directly over the Connecticut River and sailboats drift past year-round. The campus offers several distinct event spaces. The Boathouse Room, a program and exhibition space at the back of the museum building, opens directly onto the North Deck and accommodates up to 55 guests for cocktail-style gatherings. The Samuel Lay House — built in the 18th century and once home to the original Dauntless Yacht Club — suits intimate celebrations and corporate luncheons of up to 40 guests. For larger tented receptions, the Lay House Lawn overlooks the river and accommodates up to 150 guests. Events are available after museum hours, beginning at 5:30 PM.
