Founded in 1911, the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club is one of the oldest polo facilities in the United States, situated on 30 ocean-view acres in Carpinteria between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. The club is internationally recognized for its four lush polo fields and hosts elite high-goal tournaments each summer, drawing players and spectators from around the world. For private events, the club accommodates gatherings of 20 to 5,000 guests across its indoor and outdoor spaces, including the historic Polo Clubhouse and the manicured polo green — which can be tented for large-scale receptions. The Calabasas Community Center is a 30,000-square-foot recreational facility located at 27040 Malibu Hills Road in Calabasas, California, on a 4.5-acre parcel in the western San Fernando Valley foothills. Originally opened as the Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center, the facility reopened in March 2024 following a $2.1 million renovation — funded by federal and Los Angeles County grants — that included a full roof replacement, new gymnasium flooring, and upgraded equipment throughout. The center offers rental space for private events, parties, and milestone celebrations through two primary event areas: The Grove, a 4,500-square-foot banquet hall featuring new flooring, motorized blinds, a warming kitchen, and high-definition video walls suited to wedding receptions, galas, and corporate events; and a multi-purpose activity room with an adjacent outdoor patio for smaller gatherings and meetings. Event furniture is included with rental packages. Beyond its event spaces, the facility houses a 10,000-square-foot gymnasium, a full-service fitness studio, a dance and exercise studio, a weight room, a 35-foot indoor rock climbing wall, and a child watch playroom. Guitar Merchant is a music retail store, school, and live performance venue founded in 1999 in West Hills, California, serving the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles area. Located at the corner of Fallbrook and Saticoy in West Hills, the business has been recognized as a top-100 music dealer by NAMM for customer service excellence. The venue side of Guitar Merchant — The Stettler Room — hosts weekly open mic nights every Thursday at 7 p.m., live band performances, youth showcases (Kids JAMboree), artist recitals, and album release shows. The space is also available for private rental for recitals, music releases, birthday parties, film shoots, and art shows. Lessons at Guitar Merchant span all instruments and all ages, with instruction available seven days a week. The Santa Barbara Maritime Museum (SBMM) is a waterfront event venue and working museum situated in the heart of the Santa Barbara Harbor, at 113 Harbor Way. Dedicated to preserving and celebrating the coastal and maritime history of the Santa Barbara Channel, SBMM offers a distinctive setting where sweeping views of the harbor, ocean, and Riviera form the backdrop for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. Four rental spaces accommodate events of a wide range of sizes, from intimate gatherings of 12 in the fourth-floor Crow's Nest to full-museum buyouts that seat up to 150 and welcome as many as 250 standing guests. The main floor and mezzanine anchor the full museum experience, while the Upper Patio — available exclusively for evening events — offers open-air harbor views. The Munger Theater seats up to 60 guests in a dedicated screening and lecture configuration. All rentals include tables, chairs, and A/V equipment, and the museum permits guests to bring their own caterer or alcohol with no corkage fee, subject to SBMM catering and licensing policies. Rental availability spans from 8:00 a.m. to midnight.

Woodland Hills Country Club is a private country club and event venue set in a quiet, tree-lined canyon on the south side of the San Fernando Valley in Woodland Hills, California. The original course was designed in 1925 by renowned architect William "Billy" Bell Sr., and the clubhouse and social spaces have been refreshed to offer a comfortable, modern setting for gatherings of all kinds. The club offers over 20,000 square feet of connected indoor and outdoor private event space. Primary event venues include the Terrace Ballroom — an indoor space featuring a granite-topped bar, ambient lighting, and a permanent stage, renovated in summer 2023 — alongside The Garden, an outdoor lawn ceremony space with a gazebo and panoramic valley views. Additional spaces include the Heights Lounge, Heights Patio, and Sunset Room, which serve cocktail hours, pre-dinner gatherings, and intimate rehearsal dinners. All food and beverage is provided in-house, led by Executive Chef Alfie Salvatierra. Oak Park Stage is an outdoor wooden stage located within Oak Park, a beloved 17-acre community park in midtown Santa Barbara, California. Nestled beneath towering coast live oak trees and shaded grassy fields, the stage serves as a natural gathering point for live performances, cultural festivals, and community celebrations throughout the year. The park itself hosts long-standing annual events including the Greek Festival, French Festival, and a variety of Latin American cultural gatherings. The stage can be rented separately or in conjunction with the adjacent main picnic area, making it adaptable for performances, ceremonies, and group events. Electricity is available on site, alcohol is permitted by prior approval, and complimentary parking is provided in an adjacent lot. Restrooms are located nearby.
