Maple Hill Farm Inn and Conference Center sits on 50 acres in Hallowell, Maine, on land first cleared in the late 1700s and farmed continuously through the 20th century. The main house was built in 1906 and converted to a bed-and-breakfast in 1988; a major renovation in 2001 added guest rooms and restored the Carriage House. In 2005, the property became Maine's first certified Environmental Leader in green lodging, and it has since added solar systems and a wind turbine. Multiple dining rooms — each with its own distinct ambiance — accommodate private gatherings from 8 to 80 guests indoors. The surrounding grounds extend the venue's reach for larger parties, with the culinary team available to cater off-site as well. The Sedgley Place hosts a range of private occasions, including weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, showers, and company events.

Managed by Sagadahoc Preservation, Inc., the Winter Street Center hosts weddings, receptions, concerts, theatrical performances, meetings, and private celebrations.
