The Smith family purchased the property in 2005 as a bed and breakfast, hosted their first wedding that October on the Manor House's front porch, and went on to develop the property into a full-time event venue. Historic Jasmine now hosts up to 200 guests across its garden and woodland settings, including the Chapel in the Woods, the Garden Pergola, and a 40-by-60-foot reception tent with an attached pavilion, string lighting, and crystal chandeliers.
