Cool Springs House is a restored 1830s log home in Brentwood, Tennessee, now operated by the City of Brentwood at Crockett Park. The house was built by the Carothers family, one of middle Tennessee's largest log homes at the time, and expanded in the 1870s with added halls and a Victorian front porch. A 1974 restoration by Karen and John Noel uncovered the original blue-poplar log construction beneath later coverings, work that earned the property a place on the National Register of Historic Sites in 1983. Today the venue hosts more than 100 events a year, offering exclusive use of the house and surrounding grounds for weddings, elopements, showers, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and celebrations of life. The venue books only one event per day, so clients have private access to the full property without a competing party on site. Guest counts run up to 150 across the house and grounds, with the option to add a tent on the lawn for larger outdoor gatherings. Upstairs, the Private Event Loft offers a more intimate setting for up to 50 guests, centered on a historic 22-foot table, and can serve as a standalone space for private dinners and showers or as an add-on to a ceremony held on the main level. The property includes an on-site kitchen, two changing suites, and an open vendor policy that allows clients to bring in their own caterer or licensed vendors of choice.

The Missouri Bluffs Golf Club is a Tom Fazio-designed championship course in St. Charles, Missouri, open since 1995 and stretching 7,047 yards from the championship tees. The course has hosted competitive events including the St. Louis Nike Classic and PGA Tour qualifiers, and its 12,000-square-foot clubhouse anchors a full-service property with dining, practice facilities, and recreational amenities. The on-site restaurant offers Italian pizza and house-smoked barbecue, while the Top Range provides a fully lighted driving range open year-round. La Gala is a family-owned event venue in downtown Bowling Green, Kentucky, occupying 10,000 square feet of renovated space in a converted car dealership within Circus Square Park. Founded in 2013 by Zeljko and Anelija Simic, whose family also operated the Brickyard Cafe since 1998, the venue was named for three family members — Laurie, Gabi, and Nella — and is now managed by their daughter Laurie Simic. The venue offers two distinct rental spaces: the Ballroom, which accommodates up to 450 guests seated or around 250 in a church-style ceremony layout, and the Showroom, which holds up to 120 guests seated or approximately 60 for ceremonies. Together they support a wide range of celebrations — weddings, quinceañeras, proms, corporate events, nonprofit galas, class reunions, and concerts. Homewood is a restored 1927 English stone manor in Asheville's historic Montford neighborhood, less than a mile from downtown. Built as the residence of Dr. Robert Carole, the property has hosted notable figures over the years — among them composer Béla Bartók and pianist Nina Simone. The venue has operated as a wedding and events destination since 2001, drawing on the manor's architectural character: original hardwood floors, cherry walls, 20-foot ceilings, a Grand Appalachian Stone Fireplace, and wrought-iron chandeliers. The Great Room accommodates up to 110 guests for seated dinners with a dance floor, or 150 for cocktail-style receptions. Ceremonies take place either indoors in front of the fireplace or outdoors in the adjacent Garden Ceremony Site, set within landscaped grounds.
