Wedding ceremonies, receptions, parties, and seminars can be held in the Athenaeum in a dramatic and unique setting that can be tailored to your individual needs. Upstairs galleries may accommodate up to 125 guests standing or 80 guests seated at tables. For a ceremony, the delightful courtyard offers a lovely outdoor location for up to 50 people to stand or sit. The Athenaeum structure and courtyard are included in all of our rentals. ​As always, we will be pleased to discuss your specific needs. Rental requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Viewings of the Athenaeum can be arranged in advance or during gallery hours. The gallery is open from noon to four on Thursday through Sunday. On holidays, the Athenaeum is closed. Membership of the Northern Virginia Fine Arts Association at the Supporter level ($100) or higher is required to rent out the Athenaeum. The Rules and Regulations for Renting the Athenaeum, the Release of Liability for Renting the Athenaeum, and an event information form must all be read and signed by the renter. The return of a completed contract, a 50% payment, and a $750 refundable security deposit completes a reservation.

Come to The Optimist Nashville to host your next gathering or celebration; our light-filled, semi-private dining room is perfect for hosting business events, wedding receptions, baby showers, and parties. If you want to organize a wedding or any private event at The Optimist, it is possible for the entire venue to be closed off just for you. On Adams Street, there hasn't been a high tide since 1902, when a severe storm dumped a giant bucket's worth of seawater inside the TD&W Handle Company. Since then, there hasn't been a high tide. The structure currently offers guests the luxury and delight of modern housing while retaining the appeal of its rich past. Radio Park is our newest Rockefeller Center venue located on the 9th floor of 50 Rockefeller Plaza. This space features a half-acre garden that sits atop Radio City Music Hall. The space can accommodate up to 300 guests for cocktails or 150 for a seated meal in our interior space. There is existing lounge and outdoor furniture in the space. Catering and additional furniture would be arranged separately through vendors of your choosing, we are happy to provide recommendations.

Our white barn has year-round climate control, french doors that open to the Blue Ridge Mountains, and men's and ladies' rooms and it can accommodate up to 120 + guests.
