Grassy Hill Country Club is a public championship golf and event facility set in the rolling hills of southern Connecticut. The clubhouse hosts weddings and private events for groups ranging from intimate gatherings to receptions of up to 375 guests, with a portfolio of flexible banquet spaces that can be configured separately or combined. The Main Ballroom features a coffered ceiling accented by crown molding and brass chandeliers, and opens to a formal foyer finished with stately columns, crystal chandeliers, and Italian marble flooring. Two additional rooms — The Twilight Room, overlooking the 9th green, and The Sunset Horizon Room, with views of the Rock Patio — seat up to 150 and 200 guests respectively. 19Main occupies the United Bank Building in historic downtown New Milford, Connecticut — a beaux-arts structure built in the early 1900s following the Great Fire of 1902, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. After nine months of restoration by Village Green Investments, the building opened as an event venue in September 2015, preserving three original bank vaults as a nod to its storied past alongside thoroughly modernized amenities. The venue offers two reception rooms suited to a range of event sizes. The larger room accommodates up to 150 guests seated or 250 for cocktail-style receptions; the smaller room fits up to 50 seated or 100 cocktail-style. For wedding receptions with a dance floor, the venue hosts up to 130 guests. 19Main books only one event per day, ensuring exclusive use of the full space from morning through midnight. Weddings, social events, and corporate gatherings are all welcome. Outside caterers and vendors may be brought in with prior approval, and the dedicated event coordinator — on-site since 2016 — supports planning from initial booking through the final hour of the event.

The Woodlea Clubhouse was once a Vanderbilt Mansion that was constructed in 1892 and held by Colonel Elliot Fitch Shephard. Colonel Shephard was the founder of the New York Bar Association as well as the proprietor of the journal Mail and Express. 1910 saw the purchase of the mansion by Frank Vanderlip and William Rockefeller. The following year, 1911, saw the establishment of the Sleepy Hollow Country Club by a board of directors that included John Jacob Astor IV, Cornelius Vanderbilt III, Edward Julius Berwind, and a number of other notable individuals. The Sleepy Hollow Country Club has seen several improvements and transformations throughout the course of its history, propelling it to the position of being one of the best-rated golf courses and country clubs not only in New York, but also in the United States.
