Venue 412 is a 12,422 sq ft, two-level event venue at 412 Broadway in San Francisco's North Beach, on the edge of the Financial District. We host corporate events, wedding receptions, brand activations, fashion shows, product launches, fundraisers and galas, milestone birthdays, music video shoots, and private buyouts for groups up to 400. The rental includes a full A/V package (PA, professional lighting, video to eleven HD displays, wireless mics, Pioneer DJ booth), in-house catering through our commercial kitchen, two private dressing rooms, four unisex rest rooms, and an artist green room. Located at 608 Commercial Street, this historic venue is just steps away from the Transamerica Pyramid, North Beach, and China Town. The building marks the site of the first U.S. branch mint in the West. Montgomery Street, one-half block away, marks the original waterline of Yerba Buena Cove. Visitors can peer into the underground brick vault where gold was stored. The vault survived the 1906 earthquake and fire.
