Jackson's Bistro, Bar & Sushi is a 20,000-square-foot waterfront restaurant and event venue situated on Harbour Island in Tampa, Florida. Open since 1997, the property overlooks the Hillsborough River, the Garrison Channel, and the downtown Tampa skyline, offering unobstructed water and city views from nearly every vantage point. The venue offers five private event spaces suited to groups of all sizes. The Waterfront Room — the flagship private space — sits one level above the main dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a 270-degree panorama of downtown Tampa, and an attached private balcony. Backjack's Lounge provides a flexible indoor setting for corporate events, celebrations, and social gatherings, with the option to combine with the adjacent Island Bar for larger buyouts. The Patio Cabanas bring the event outdoors under a covered cabana roof, with sweeping skyline and water views. A more intimate Wine Room rounds out the lineup for smaller private dinners. Tampa Theatre is a historic nonprofit movie palace in downtown Tampa, Florida, operating at 711 N. Franklin Street since its opening on October 15, 1926. Designed by renowned atmospheric theatre architect John Eberson for Paramount Pictures, it stands today as the world's most complete and best-preserved example of Eberson's signature atmospheric style — a design that evokes a moonlit Mediterranean courtyard, complete with twinkling stars overhead, old-world statuary, gargoyles, and ornate architectural detail. Eberson himself considered Tampa Theatre his personal favorite among the atmospheric theatres he designed. After facing demolition in 1973, the building was saved through a community-led preservation effort and purchased by the City of Tampa. It reopened in January 1977, was named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978, and has since become a national model for historic theatre preservation. The venue is managed by the not-for-profit Tampa Theatre, Inc. under a long-term agreement with the City. Today the theatre hosts more than 600 events annually — including first-run and classic films, live concerts, special events, and corporate gatherings — across two cinema spaces: the historic 1,252-seat main auditorium and the intimate 43-seat John T. Taylor Screening Room, which opened in 2024 as the theatre's first expansion in nearly a century. The main auditorium is available for private event rental for concerts, film screenings, meetings, and presentations.

The David A. Straz Center for the Performing Arts is one of the largest performing arts complexes in the country, spanning 335,000 square feet on a nine-acre campus along the east bank of the Hillsborough River in downtown Tampa. Originally opened in 1987 as the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center and renamed in 2009 to honor philanthropist David A. Straz Jr., the complex hosts more than 1,500 events and 600,000 patrons in a typical season. The campus comprises five individual theaters available for rental — Carol Morsani Hall (2,610 seats), Ferguson Hall (1,042 seats), the Jaeb Theater (312 seats), the TECO Energy Foundation Theater (250 seats), and the Shimberg Playhouse (130 seats) — as well as a performing arts conservatory and rehearsal hall. Theater spaces accommodate performance-centered events including concerts, lectures, meetings, recitals, plays, graduations, and pageants. The center's lobbies are also available for wedding receptions, banquets, and parties. On-site catering is provided exclusively through Maestro's, which operates throughout the theaters, lobbies, the on-site restaurant, and event tents on the riverfront grounds.
