    Riverside Farm is a 700-acre wedding and event venue set against Vermont's Green Mountains in Pittsfield. The property's history dates to the mid-1800s, when its barns and outbuildings were first built; a couple discovered the abandoned farm in 2001 and undertook a restoration that preserved its New England architecture while adding modern amenities, eventually holding their own wedding there before opening it to other couples. The farm is now owned by Joe and Courtney De Sena, founders of Spartan. Riverside Farm's grounds include the Red Barn and the Stonewell Barn, both restored post-and-beam structures furnished with country antiques, along with the Stone Cellar for more intimate gatherings and a 40-acre meadow for ceremonies and receptions with panoramic mountain views.
