The Oak Atelier is a one stop shop for professional photography, private event space, and woodworking. We have over 2500 square feet of interior space and 5 acres of open and wooded outdoor space just outside of The Woodlands, Texas. There are four different spaces available for rent, each with its own set of characteristics that make this location genuinely unique. The majority of the furniture is manufactured in our woodworking shop (special orders are welcome!). We have enough of parking and paved access for you to dump your belongings. There is also a gray plastered pool for underwater photography, as well as a lovely white brick facade, making this place ideal for any shot or event! When I was trying to come up with ideas for this space, a few things came to mind. I enjoy both a clean, modern style and the flavor and detailed design of old world Europe. This studio is a hybrid of the two, providing something extra special and unusual. The 17 foot ceilings, massive 9 foot doors salvaged from old mansions, polished concrete floors, and exposed brick are just a few of the features that give this space its unique personality. We primarily serve professional photographers and offer hourly studio rental, as well as wardrobe rental and a selection of larger furniture pieces that can be put up in any location. I can personally attest to how amazing this place is for private occasions after having my husband and I's wedding reception here!

Canebrake Country Club is a private club and event venue in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, established in 1985 by the York Development team. Built around an 18-hole Jerry Pate–designed golf course and a natural "Brake" of 40-foot bamboo, the club also offers a pool complex, fitness center, salon and spa, and a 24-court tennis and pickleball facility — the recipient of the USTA's 2024 Outstanding Facility Award. Seville Quarter is a historic entertainment complex in downtown Pensacola, Florida, occupying a 19th-century warehouse on East Government Street. Founded in 1967 by Bob Snow — who converted a deteriorating warehouse into "Rosie O'Grady's Warehouse," a casual venue serving beer and peanuts alongside Dixieland jazz — the property has grown into one of the Gulf Coast's most established entertainment destinations. The Mitchell family has owned and operated the complex since 1988. The complex spans seven individually themed rooms — Rosie O'Grady's, Phineas Phogg's, Apple Annie's, Lili Marlene's, End o' the Alley Bar, Fast Eddie's, and Palace Café — along with Heritage Hall, a dedicated banquet facility, and two outdoor courtyards. Originally built in 1845, the hotel resides in a restored Creole townhouse nestled on a quiet side street in the Central Business District. Our philosophy is simple: keep it casual, cozy, and above all, human. The Catahoula Hotel’s style of hospitality is not flashy or exclusive, nor is it predictable or contrived. The New Orleans Board Of Trade was founded in 1880, and trading continued on the floor until mid-1960. Centered on the eastern wall of the building are three clocks, which have been in place since the building was erected, giving the times in New Orleans, New York & Rio de Janeiro, which were the major players in the Green Coffee Trading. The eight-sectioned mural done was hand-painted by local artist Alvin Sharpe in 1932. It took him approximately three months to complete. First, the canvas was glued to the dome, and then he painted them while on a scaffold in the prone position -- the local version of Michelangelo. (The cost for this project was only $5,500.00 -- just imagine what it would cost today!) In 1993, the Board of Trade was once again renovated, the floors leveled and carpeted with a movable dance floor. It is now available for special event rental, so the public has the opportunity to experience the grandeur of days gone by. The space can currently accomodate up to 500 guests reception style and 250 seated.

Lamar Dixon Expo Center is a multi-use event facility owned and operated by Ascension Parish, located in Gonzales, Louisiana. Established through the philanthropy of Bill and Mary Lee Dixon — whose family founded the Lamar Corporation — the center was gifted to the community and acquired by the parish in 2009 through grants and private donations, without the use of local tax dollars. The facility is designed to attract diverse entertainment and programming in a safe, user-friendly environment, with a particular emphasis on equestrian and 4-H activities. It hosts a wide range of events, from horse shows and rodeos to livestock shows, consumer expos, concerts, conventions, and educational programs. At the heart of the complex is the Robbie G. Savoy Jr. Arena, a 36,000-square-foot indoor arena with seating for 6,600 guests. Additional event spaces include the 24,000-square-foot Trademart, the expansive REV Center, Arena B, a Banquet Hall with climate control and arena views, covered pavilions, and an outdoor arena — making the campus capable of accommodating events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions.

Caspiana Plantation House is a wedding and private event venue set on 10 acres of grounds in northwest Louisiana, approximately 20 minutes from Shreveport. The property centers on a historic plantation house surrounded by open landscape, offering a distinctly Southern backdrop for ceremonies and celebrations. The venue's signature indoor space, The Greenhouse, is a 4,000-square-foot climate-controlled structure featuring chandeliers, an in-house sound system, a fireplace, restrooms, and dressing areas — accommodating up to 200 guests. The outdoor grounds provide an equally spacious setting for ceremonies and receptions, with the same 200-guest maximum across the full property. Caspiana hosts only one event per weekend, giving each couple exclusive use of both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Rental packages include an extensive inventory of tables, chairs, linens, lighting, and décor, along with full setup, cleanup, and on-site coordination throughout the event day. Outside catering is permitted, and the venue works with couples' preferred vendors without restrictions.

Spinelli's Vistro is an all-inclusive wedding estate set in the Texas Hill Country town of Comfort, within easy reach of San Antonio, Fredericksburg, and Boerne. The property is anchored by a historic, 100-year-old limestone chapel that served as a United Methodist church until 2001; its bell tower rises more than 25 feet above the entrance, and majestic oak trees shade the surrounding grounds for outdoor ceremonies. Beyond the chapel, the estate offers a vaulted dining hall that seats up to 250 guests, a dance hall with a built-in stage, and both indoor and outdoor bars, all set among manicured gardens and covered patios. Two on-site houses -- a century-old country lodge and a private bridal suite -- give couples and their guests a place to stay before and after the celebration.
