Two named spaces anchor the venue. The Chandeleur Pre-Event Space provides over 1,300 square feet of pre-function room with a flexible layout designed to encourage guest interaction and mingling before the main event. The Chandeleur Island Ballroom spans 3,550 square feet and can be configured as one expansive hall or divided into four individually tailored rooms ranging from 595 to 1,225 square feet — a setup that accommodates everything from intimate training sessions to large-scale receptions and wedding celebrations. Olde Dobbin Station” will provide a unique experience for its clients through the use of old structures built in the early 1900’s, restored to their original look and feel, while adding a vintage touch. The buildings were initially used by oil companies as a “pumping station” and later became a famous place of fellowship for those in the community due to its Artesian Water Well. It became the community “swimming hole” according to many of the locals and remains a historical marker for the community and its residents.

Vista West Ranch is a family-owned wedding and event venue in Dripping Springs, Texas, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The property began as the family's homestead, cleared of cedar and hand-built over 35 years; the family hosted its own wedding on the land in 1996 and began welcoming outside couples in 2006, making it one of the earliest dedicated wedding venues in the Dripping Springs area. The venue's reception barn blends rustic and bohemian style, with weathered wood, aged tin, and willow sphere lighting, and holds up to 250 guests for dancing and celebrating. The grounds also include an outdoor ceremony space and a large Biergarten with a bar, two fire pits, a waterfall feature, and festoon lighting strung through mature oak trees. Rental packages include fruitwood folding chairs, farm tables, a catering prep area, a keg system, and an onsite venue manager, and couples may bring in outside vendors under a BYOB alcohol policy. Optional onsite lodging - a Honeymoon Cottage, Bunk House, Tree House, and Main House - allows couples to stay the night of the wedding or book the property for a full weekend buyout. The Gatehouse Pavilion is one of the event spaces at Old Glory Ranch, a Texas Hill Country property along the Blanco River in Wimberley that has hosted weddings and events since 1997. Built for the do-it-yourself bride, the Pavilion suits smaller and more casual gatherings — wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, and private parties for guest counts of 100 or fewer, at a more budget-conscious scale than the ranch's larger facilities. The approximately 36-by-60-foot space is outfitted with 10 handcrafted cedar tables and benches, a small kitchenette, two powder rooms, and a sitting/dressing room, along with a stereo system and wireless microphone for toasts and announcements. A large hand-laid stone fireplace with stained glass sidelights anchors the room. Outside of event hours, the Pavilion can also serve as a green room for performers or a childcare space during larger events elsewhere on the property. Old Glory Ranch has been owned by Suzanne and Charles McCord since 1984, and its event business grew from a single 1997 wedding into a full-service venue spanning more than 2,200 acres, with nearly two miles of Blanco River waterfront running through the property.

With five unique spaces to host your event, the Bayou City Event Center is Houston's largest privately owned event venue and the largest in the state of Texas. Lake Pines Event Center sits on 18 acres in East Columbus, Georgia, where a family campground established in 1967 has grown into a full-service event property with four distinct spaces. The grounds center on a nearly century-old converted barn, a handcrafted chapel, an outdoor pavilion, and an early 19th-century historic home — each built from salvaged architectural materials gathered from across Georgia, giving the property a sense of layered history rather than manufactured rustic charm. The Barn seats up to 150 guests and features drop lights strung from the ceiling, a stone fireplace, Tiffany-style lighting, and a corner stage for live music.
