Out By The Sea Bed & Breakfast is a five-room property in Crystal Beach, Texas, purpose-built as a bed and breakfast, with two rooms in the main house and three additional rooms on the grounds. Each room has its own private bath, satellite TV, privacy window shutters, and a refrigerator, and the property includes an elevator for handicap accessibility. Guests are served breakfast each morning between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m., either in the main home or on the decks overlooking the gulf, and the property sits within a two-minute walk of Crystal Beach. Owner Carole Hamadey and the team have assisted with many wedding ceremonies on-site, and the property specializes in small, intimate weddings of 30 guests and under. Our Ballroom is a special place for us. The Ranch's 7,000-square-foot ballroom is its crowning glory. The Flint RiverQuarium is an aquarium and event venue in Albany, Southwest Georgia, housed in a building designed by award-winning architect Antoine Predock. Its centerpiece is a recreated Blue Hole Spring — an open-air, 90-foot diameter exhibit holding 175,000 gallons of water maintained at a constant 68 degrees year-round — surrounded by a gradually descending pathway that leads guests through the full breadth of the Flint River watershed. The facility is home to more than 160 species, including a rare albino alligator and a variety of native aquatic and aviary wildlife. Nantucket is located on 22 acres of family-owned land in East Texas and features beautiful landscaping with views of a beautiful lake, grassy turf, outdoor walkways, and an outdoor pavillion. The outdoor areas are well-lit to guide you to each area. We provide transportation to and from the hotel on Nantucket, as well as golf cart carriages from the parking areas to the event areas. Market at the Mill is a multi-building complex centered on a central courtyard with open areas and patios for vendors and customers. The original layout and style of the historic Dansby Feed Mills business, which has been a landmark in downtown Clifton since the early 1930's, is closely replicated in the design of the new buildings. Market at the Mill is the ideal location for a wedding, reception, special event, corporate party, or family reunion because the materials from the original structures were salvaged and repurposed in the new buildings to capture the nostalgia of the location. It also has a retail space, which offers customers a fun and unique shopping experience in addition to the event space. It had been a landmark in downtown Clifton for many years when the Dansby Feed Mills closed its doors. Andy and Lisa Horn purchased the property and restored it to its former glory, making it a unique addition to the Clifton experience for visitors. Construction of the buildings was completed using only the carefully salvaged interior and exterior materials from the original structures. The layout of the buildings, as well as their elevations and styles, were preserved in their original form. Besides providing an exceptional shopping experience, the main building and the other two buildings can be rented out for special events to create a one-of-a-kind event venue. An expansive courtyard and covered pavilion are also available for guests to enjoy a beverage while sampling food from popular mobile food trucks. Live music will be performed both indoors and outdoors, and will be scheduled on a regular basis throughout the year.

Lillian Farms Country Estate sits on 230 acres of rolling hills in Texas's Bluebonnet Country, on land that was once a cotton plantation, between Houston and Austin near Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park and the towns of Chappell Hill and Brenham. The Estate House combines the architecture of a Victorian-style mansion with modern comforts, offering five traditional bed & breakfast guest rooms, each with a private en suite bath and a full breakfast served every morning in the main dining room. Pride and Joy II, a 75-foot double-decked yacht with a climate-controlled lower deck, down to intimate electric Myachts and self-driven Donut Boats, giving planners a boat sized to nearly any group.
