Established in 1901 and set on 560 acres of woodland in Colebrook, Connecticut, Camp Jewell YMCA is a year-round retreat and event destination operated by the YMCA of Greater Hartford. The property spans two distinct campuses — Main Camp and the secluded Hide-A-Way Ranch — separated by Triangle Lake, offering groups a range of settings from large-scale gatherings to smaller, more intimate retreats. The Main Camp dining hall accommodates more than 450 guests and serves homemade meals with options for gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets. Gateways Inn occupies a Gilded Age mansion in downtown Lenox, Massachusetts, built in 1912 for Harley Procter of Procter & Gamble and designed by the acclaimed New York architectural firm McKim, Mead and White. The Post-Victorian neoclassical structure features a white clapboard exterior, rooftop balustrade, corner pilasters, and Tiffany-style windows opening to an elegant entry hall with a freestanding staircase. Among its historic guests were Boston Pops conductor Arthur Fiedler and illustrator Norman Rockwell. Acquired and carefully restored by Mill Town Capital in 2020, the property blends its landmark character with contemporary amenities across twelve individually appointed guest rooms. Stonover Farm is a boutique luxury inn and event venue set on 10 acres in Lenox, Massachusetts, 0.7 miles from the main gate of Tanglewood. The property centers on a farmhouse built in 1890 — preserved to this day as a Lenox landmark — with additional guest quarters in the Rock Cottage and School House, offering five suites in all, each with a sitting room and full cooked-to-order breakfast served in the Creamery overlooking the pond. The farm hosts a select number of weddings each year, primarily in late May, June, September, and early October. Events typically unfold across the full weekend: a rehearsal dinner in the Barn Gallery, a ceremony on the barn ramp, cocktail reception on the lawn by the spring-fed duck pond, dinner and dancing in the historic barn, and an after-party around the fire pit. The Barn seats up to 175 guests for dinner with ample space for a full bar, band, and dance floor. An event coordinator and approved caterers are required, and all five suites are reserved for the wedding party across the full weekend.

Catskill View Weddings & Events occupies Thor Icelandics, LLC., a working Icelandic horse farm in Claverack, New York — in the heart of Columbia County's Hudson Valley, two hours north of New York City and ten minutes from the city of Hudson. The farm is home to more than 50 Icelandic horses and is recognized as the only Icelandic horse farm in North America that operates as a wedding and event venue. Three distinct outdoor spaces — The Hill, the Upper Track, and the Lower Track — each accommodate up to 300 guests. The Hill commands a full 360-degree, unobstructed view of the Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountain range, with the sun setting directly over the mountains to the west; it is the venue's signature setting. The Upper Track, nestled in the heart of the farm and enclosed by woods on most sides, offers a more private atmosphere with exceptional acoustics. The Lower Track, located near the barnyard entrance, positions guests among active horse fields with the property's large barn visible in the near distance. The venue operates seasonally from late April through early November and hosts a limited number of events per year to preserve the farm's character. All outdoor amenities — tents, seating, catering, and utilities — are brought in through outside vendors, allowing each event to be fully customized within a landscape that is distinctly its own.

Eastover Estate & Eco-Village is a holistic retreat center on a historic estate in Lenox, Massachusetts, in the heart of the Berkshires. The property serves teachers, organizations, and companies hosting retreats, workshops, conferences, and private events, and operates without religious affiliation. The estate's main venues span a range of group sizes. Tally Ho Hall, a 4,031-square-foot multi-purpose venue with a large stage and professional sound system, accommodates up to 500 guests for receptions and 285 for banquets. Mohawk Studio, a multi-purpose space with hardwood floors and new lighting structures, seats up to 160 and hosts receptions for up to 275. The Mansion provides additional program space, including a sunlit Terrace Room. Beyond the event spaces, the property features yoga studios, meditation rooms, a commercial kitchen for cooking classes, a contemporary art gallery hosting shows by renowned artists, and trails connecting directly to October Mountain State Forest. Eastover is built around ecological principles, including an on-site water treatment facility that reclaims all water without chemical use.

Hancock Shaker Village is a living history museum on 750 acres at the base of the Berkshire Mountains in western Massachusetts, offering weddings and private events across a campus of twenty historic buildings. Heirloom vegetable and herb gardens, farm animals, and sweeping mountain views provide a setting unlike a conventional event venue. Event spaces range from the heirloom gardens — available for outdoor ceremonies and photographs — to The Timberframe, which accommodates up to 75 guests, and The Event Tent, which hosts up to 270 guests with views of the surrounding mountains and one of the oldest working farms in New England. The Village sits approximately two and a half hours from Boston and three hours from New York. Staff assist with events from bridal luncheons and rehearsal dinners through the wedding day itself, and the Village provides couples with a curated list of regional vendors including caterers, florists, photographers, videographers, sound rental, and entertainment.

Camp Eagle Hill is a 200-acre facility in Elizaville, New York, 90 miles north of New York City and approximately 250 miles from Boston. Family-owned and operated, the property opens for group rentals outside of the summer season, hosting one-day corporate events, team-building sessions, and picnics as well as multi-day weekend retreats and week-long programs. The campus offers a large gymnasium, a theatre arts building, a newly constructed recreation and social hall, and spacious dining rooms. Outdoor areas include ballfields alongside basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, with a private spring-fed lake and swimming pools available on a seasonal basis. Overnight groups are accommodated in renovated cabins fitted with single beds, full bathrooms, porches, and ample storage. Private rooms with ensuite baths are also available for groups with specific needs. On-site services include meals, laundry and housekeeping, high-speed internet, sound and video equipment, and a public address system. A gluten-free kitchen can be arranged for groups that require it.

The Village at Boulder Ridge is a family-owned event venue set on 68 acres at the foothills of the Berkshires in Barkhamsted, Connecticut. Operating since 2003 and with more than 500 events hosted, the property combines rustic character — exposed wood, a stone fireplace, a private lake with gazebo — with full on-site catering and a range of indoor and outdoor spaces. The Main Banquet Hall accommodates up to 300 guests and features a dance floor, exposed wood beams, and a grand stone fireplace suitable for indoor ceremonies. The open-air pavilion, which overlooks the pond and pool and is strung with twinkle lights, seats up to 200 guests and opens the property's natural landscape to guests. A lakeside gazebo provides an outdoor ceremony setting. The venue hosts one event per day, giving each group exclusive use of the entire facility. The Village operates seasonally from May through mid-October.

The property spans 10.5 acres adjacent to over 100 acres of conservation land, offering a secluded countryside setting just two hours from New York City and Boston and less than two miles from downtown Litchfield's shops and restaurants. The inn accommodates events of varying scales across its indoor and outdoor spaces. The Ballroom provides a spacious, high-ceilinged setting for weddings, receptions, and corporate galas, while the Gathering Room suits more intimate occasions — baby showers, small parties, and meetings. The grounds extend the venue outdoors, with formal gardens and open lawns available for ceremonies and tented receptions.
