Housed in downtown Greenville's historic Huguenot Mill, the Huguenot Mill Loft at the Peace Center occupies the upper level of a textile mill built in 1882, one of the city's oldest structures. The 8,400-square-foot loft retains its original wood plank flooring, beam ceilings, exposed brick, and vintage architectural hardware, giving the space the feel of a SoHo artist loft while overlooking the Reedy River. The open floor plan and natural light from the mill's original windows suit weddings, corporate events, presentations, and large cocktail receptions alike, with room for up to 400 guests standing or 300 seated. An on-site prep area supports catered food service, and the space is ADA compliant with additional audio/visual and lighting options available for events. The Children's Museum of the Upstate occupies more than 80,000 square feet across three floors in downtown Greenville, South Carolina, with 30 exhibits built around hands-on, play-based learning for children ages 0-12. The museum opened in 2009 out of one mother's vision for a world-class play-based learning facility in the Upstate, and in 2014 became the first children's museum named a Smithsonian Affiliate. The 2,726-square-foot space occupies a building with 12-foot ceilings, open rafters, exposed brick walls, and plaster surfaces, with original works by local artists displayed throughout, giving it an urban gallery character alongside its historic bones. The venue accommodates a wide range of gatherings, from intimate dinners to wedding receptions, corporate off-site meetings, quinceaneras, Sweet Sixteens, and holiday parties, with various rooms suited to groups from 3 to 100 guests. On-site amenities include a catering prep kitchen, a sound system with independent volume controls by area, dimmable lighting throughout, and ample parking for guests.

The Event Halls at Greer City Hall offer a flexible meeting and reception space inside the City of Greer's municipal building in downtown Greer. One hall provides 1,500 square feet on its own, and soundproofed partitions allow it to expand to as much as 4,500 square feet across two adjoining lobby areas — a range suited to everything from a small business meeting to a large wedding reception. The halls come equipped with lighting and audio-visual technology built into the space itself, including projectors and screens stored above the ceiling that drop down when needed. The location is centrally placed between Greenville and Spartanburg with easy access to Highway 29, Interstate 85, and the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport, and the halls overlook Greer City Park and its fountain and waterfall pool.

The Davenport is a full-service event and reception hall set inside a historic building in downtown Greer, South Carolina, with photos dating the property to around 1898. The venue offers a 2,500-square-foot banquet hall with hardwood floors and exposed brick, and clients are free to bring their own DJ, caterer, and florist rather than choose from a required vendor list. The hall accommodates up to 140 guests for a seated dinner with room for buffet tables, or up to 210 guests for a standing reception, and is used for weddings and receptions, rehearsal parties, company parties, seminars and training, holiday parties, birthday parties, and other special events.
