Laurenia is a boutique hotel in the center of New Orleans' Central Business District, just steps away from the world-famous French Quarter and other attractions. Featuring 3,500 square feet of internal floorspace and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook Duncan Plaza, hardwood flooring, and restored ironwork from the original structure, Laurenia is a stylish and convenient place to live. The united space contains an additional events area known as 2three4, a fully equipped kitchen, a bridal suite, and an ambiance that is unlike anything else in the neighborhood. 2three4 is a unique restaurant and bar that is located on the mezzanine level of the ancient Pythian Temple in the heart of New Orleans' Central Business District and offers an atmosphere unlike any other. The Pythian's private event spaces are ideal for a variety of occasions including weddings, networking events, corporate meetings, and private functions. Pricing for the venue begins at $1,500. Intimate event room 2three4, which is located on the mezzanine level of the Pythian Building, has been designed with contemporary finishes and industrial light fixtures. In this space, which can seat up to 150 guests, you can have corporate events such as cocktail parties, holiday parties, or use it as a cocktail hour or overflow space for major events that include the Laurenia ballroom as well. The ballroom, which overlooks Duncan Plaza, is decorated with hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light, and restored ironwork from the original structure. Indoors, the 3,500 square feet of space can comfortably seat 250 people in comfort. This room can be leased in conjunction with 2three4 to provide overflow guests with access to the mezzanine level for larger gatherings.

Whether you're looking for a historic turn-of-the-century warehouse -- the ultimate 'blank canvas' -- or seek the award-winning architectural splendor of our atrium, the CAC offers the best of all aesthetic worlds and endless possibilities.

Race & Religious is located along the riverfront of the Lower Garden District, between the Convention Center and Magazine Street. Offering 6,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor floor-space (4,000 indoor), Race & Religious is comprised of three structures on the property. Built in the 1830’s, a two-story Creole cottage facing Religious Street was purchased by owner Granville Semmes in 1977 in complete disrepair. He spent nearly thirty years gutting the property, restoring its original beauty and adding hand-picked antiques and layers of decor. Years later, Semmes became eager to acquire the neighboring corner property at 510 Race Street, which he eventually purchased in August of 2003. The addition was a three story Greek Revival Rowhouse accompanied by a dependency, a hallmark of the property. The labor of love required extensive renovations, including his decision to re-imagine the space by merging the separate homes together with a lush brick courtyard and swimming pool lit by the flicker of gas lamps. The unified space includes two commercially-equipped kitchens, working fireplaces, interior and exterior speakers, balconies overlooking the courtyard and downtown New Orleans.

The Henry Smith House is a historic estate on 2.5 acres in Picayune, Mississippi, about 45 minutes from New Orleans. The property centers on two restored structures: the Victorian House, built in 1909 by Henry Emmitt Smith using heart pine lumber and cypress shingles milled on-site, and a Log Cabin dating to circa 1874. After decades of family stewardship — Henry Smith himself accumulated over 1,000 acres before passing parcels to his nine children — the estate was purchased in 2000 and restored over two decades before launching as a wedding and events venue. Ceremonies take place at five locations on the grounds, including a custom chapel accommodating up to 30 guests with stained-glass windows salvaged from a New Orleans church, and the open-air Garden Lawn for larger outdoor ceremonies. The 4,800-square-foot covered Courtyard Pavilion serves receptions for up to 250 guests, with a wood-burning fireplace and patio heaters available. An on-site culinary team crafts multi-course menus built around Southern specialties — Crawfish Pies, Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya, and Shrimp Creole among them. Guest suites in both historic homes are available for overnight stays, with a private pool, decorative fountains, and maintained gardens rounding out the estate grounds.

The Mazant, a historic mansion in the heart of New Orleans' Bywater arts district - and approximately 1.5 miles from the French Quarter - boasts more than 5,000 square feet of living and event space, as well as a third acre of landscaped gardens (30 minutes walking or 8 minutes by Uber). Bacchanal, The Joint, The Country Club, Elizabeth's, and The Music Box are all within walking distance. Families, wedding parties, company retreats, and other large groups will find it to be an excellent choice.The Mazant, a historic mansion in the heart of New Orleans' Bywater arts district - and approximately 1.5 miles from the French Quarter - boasts more than 5,000 square feet of living and event space, as well as a third acre of landscaped gardens (30 minutes walking or 8 minutes by Uber). Families, wedding parties, company retreats, and other large groups will find it to be an excellent choice. On-site weddings and wedding-related events are hosted by the Mazant Hotel. We regularly host smaller (less than 50 people) gatherings throughout the year, and we also accept requests for a small number of larger (up to 200 guests) gatherings on a limited basis on an as-available basis basis. The cost of all weekend events is a three-night minimum buyout of the entire property (approximately $6,500), plus an additional fee based on the number of guests and type of event, which can range between $500 and $7,500 depending on the event. During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the main house and grounds, and the fee will cover standard cleaning, taxes, and service fees - as well as vendor load in and load out, as well as use of our Bose professional-grade sound system. Equipment rental, catering, chairs and tables (beyond what is already on the premises for resident guests), and other similar expenses are not included. As a result, we require that all guests hosting events on our property purchase event liability insurance as well as contract with a security vendor who has been approved by us (see below for more details). Please review our policies before making a reservation. In the center of a triple lot, the house has a corner yard (under an oak tree) to one side and a private, fenced yard to the other. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two yards are linked together by a central hallway that runs through the center of the house and connects them. Some groups choose to hold part of the event (such as the ceremony) in one yard and the other part of the event (such as the reception) in another yard, but depending on the size of your group, you may be able to hold both the reception and the ceremony in the same location. There is a large gate in the non-cottage yard that can be opened to provide easy access for a food truck.
