The roughly 1870 mansion is listed on the Georgia and National Registers of Historic Places and is on 2.89 acres near the crossroads of Chamblee-Dunwoody and Vermack Roads. The home and barn, which have been completely renovated with modern comfort and ADA accessibility in mind, are excellent for a wide range of special occasions. The main house seats 50-60 people and features many rooms that can be quickly converted into meeting rooms, including one large meeting room and several smaller breakout meeting sections. Oakland Cemetery, one of Atlanta's most beautiful and distinctive settings, can accommodate events for two or 200 people. The Historic Oakland Foundation will assist you in planning a party, wedding, or other private event at Oakland Cemetery, whether it is for two or 200 visitors. Our Private Events team will work closely with you to ensure that everything runs well on the day of the event. Do you require a caterer? We have a network of contacts! Do you need assistance with logistics? We're here to assist you! Funeral home weddings are becoming increasingly popular, and Atlanta's historic Oakland Cemetery is a particularly gorgeous location for an outdoor ceremony. As a Victorian garden cemetery and the site of Atlanta's first park, we're continuing on the Victorian tradition of making Oakland a place to commemorate the lives and loves of the city's 70,000 citizens, as did the Victorians. A covered space that can accommodate up to 50 people is available in addition to open-air locations that may accommodate up to 250 guests in total. When not in use as a functioning greenhouse, the Beaumont Allen Greenhouse may be rented out for special events from September through May. Depending on the layout, the greenhouse can be arranged in a variety of different ways. During the fall, winter, and spring, the Beaumont Allen Greenhouse is available for rent to the general public. Oakland's 48 acres offer a variety of unique and attractive settings for a wide range of private events of varied sizes and scope. Nina and Rafi is a neighborhood pizza business located on the Atlanta Beltline. Pizza and Italian-style pub meals are served, and a complete bar is available, including an extensive amaro collection. We have a huge patio with plenty of seats. We do not take bookings at this time. It is our policy to operate in a CASHLESS environment. We are a rustic Italian restaurant and pizzeria that also serves brunch. The Detroit-style pizza served here has developed a cult following, and the drinks served here are among the most inventive on the BeltLine.
