It is historically significant because of its association with Victor Hugo Kriegshaber, who was a leader in the cultural and economic development of Atlanta during the first third of the twentieth century and who was also the original owner of this house." He commissioned the building to be designed by architect Willis F. Danny just before 1900, and he and his family lived there until their deaths in the year 1924. Denny's work is exemplified by the Kriegshaber residence; he was only in Atlanta for a few years before his untimely death at the age of 31 from pneumonia, but he managed to design many of the city's most prestigious public and private structures before 1905. The house is a notable transitional statement in terms of style, combining late Victorian and eclectic elements in a cohesive whole. The Wrecking Bar Brewpub has three different event spaces, each with a different capacity and atmosphere: the Wrecking Bar Brewpub, the Wrecking Bar Brewpub, and the Wrecking Bar Brewpub. The Biergarten is an event space located in our brewery warehouse that can accommodate up to 42 people seated and up to 100 people standing. There are twelve beer taps and fermentation tanks in the room, so it is definitely a casual venue, and it has a built-in stage, which makes it ideal for celebrations that include live music. It is located within our historic house, The Marianna, and serves as a private dining room for up to 20 people. A uniform and linen factory transformed into a spacious event space. Since 1994, we have operated as a family-owned company. I grew up with my parents who owned and ran a uniform and linen firm that is still in business now. When they launched a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee in 2001, they catered to some of the most elite clientele in the greater Atlanta region. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia, we learnt all about the ins and outs of being gracious in the hospitality business. In 2016, we sold the company, and in 2017, we renamed the space Factory Atlanta to reflect the new ownership. Ideally, we would like to collaborate with people who have a clear picture in mind for their project, their special day, or their milestone event. The Showroom is 2400 square feet and can accommodate events of up to 100 people. The glass garage door provides views of the spectacular railroad lines in the back and has enough space to accommodate a truck or a car. A lasting impression on your guests will be created by the Showroom. The Factory Floor provides you with 5600 square feet of creative flexibility. Building the first component of what would eventually become Naylor Hall for H.W. Proudfoot and his wife, Euphemia, in the 1840s, Barrington King designed it as a four-room clapboard house with a central fireplace, which was later expanded. Mr. Proudfoot was engaged as an accountant by Mr. King, the son of the city of Roswell's founder, in his recently constructed Roswell Mills facility. Colonel Harrison Broadwell acquired the property in the late 1930s and renamed it Naylor Hall in honor of his wife's family, which is still the name of the building today. Aside from that, he made a number of changes that may still be seen today, including the columns, carved woodwork, and a portico that wraps around the original structure. Naylor Hall is still making history today, well into the twenty-first century, with each and every event that takes place on Canton Street. Lady Naylor Hall, who is 170 years old and a southern beauty, has had her tummy tucked and her thighs tucked in order to greet the millennium.
