Harborfields Waterfront Vacation Cottages sits on the west side of Boothbay Harbor in West Boothbay Harbor, Maine, on land the Thorpe family has held since 1832. The vacation business began in 1948 when Dick and Peggy Thorpe built the Lodge and Shore Cottage, and the property has operated continuously since — now under the care of Wendy Thorpe, Peggy's granddaughter, who grew up on the grounds and returned to lead the property in 2012. The property encompasses ten cottages ranging from studios to six-bedroom accommodations, a deep-water dock, and sweeping harbor views throughout. For weddings and private events, Harborfields offers several distinct settings: the front lawn arranges in a natural amphitheater style for waterfront ceremonies of up to 150 guests, the Farmhouse South Lawn overlooks a wildflower meadow and West Harbor's Back Cove for receptions of approximately 100, the rustic Boat Barn provides covered space with character, and the Lodge's large living room accommodates intimate gatherings of up to 40. Full-property rental of nine cottages, sleeping 54 guests, is available for multi-day celebrations. The property operates from mid-May through mid-October, with late May, June, and September considered the best seasons for events.

Beech Hill Barn is a truly unique venue for wedding celebrations spring through autumn. Our two extraordinary barns, nestled on over 200 acres, offer endless possibilities. Nestled on a private and pristine hilltop in Pittston, Maine, the property features a variety of spaces for your celebration, including the Barn, Carriage Barn, Woodland Cove ceremony site, East Field, and the Meadow. For your comfort and convenience, we offer accommodations for 32 guests in the Barnhouse, Loft, Hill Cottage and 1832 Farmhouse. The Founders Hall, built in 2021, was designed by Paul Lewandowski, Principal Architect at Paul Designs Project. This warm and inviting space features exposed cross-laminated timber, a sprung hardwood floor, a raised stage and two double-door load in options. The hall is attached to 317 Main's original building, a historic Italianate-style historic home, located on Main Street in Yarmouth, Maine. This lovely space is perfect for small Weddings, Class Reunions, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Graduation Parties, Anniversaries, Film Screenings, Corporate Events, Retirement Parties, Fairs or Expos. Hall rentals come with use of a gallery space on the same level and a small private outdoor garden space.
