Welcome to TwoFortyThirty: New York City’s first Event-Industry Creative Hub, a shared work & event space where you can become part of a collaborative event family. TwoFortyThirty is a vintage 1894 firehouse in the heart of Chelsea/Hudson Yards that has been transformed into an upscale, intimate event space. The first and third floors embody a glamorous SoHo House-feel, perfect for sophisticated events, showcases, tastings, meetings, photo/film shoots, and so much more. In the heart of West Chelsea, NY, our venue is located in the center of one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Manhattan. Positioned just steps from the High Line, our venue is a short walk from Hudson Yards, the Vessel, and some of the most inspiring backdrops in the city. Our building was once a former textile mill with twelve-foot ceilings and massive walls of factory windows. With polished concrete and a white lacquered floor, Eden is flooded with soft daylight throughout the day. The way the sun bounces off the adjacent buildings creates a gorgeous splash of light in the morning and evening on sunny days. The studio has been designed to create a variety of textures and possibilities within one room. From sleek, industrial finishes to a refined wall of ultra-modern paneling, Eden has the look of a classic loft with a chic residential feel. It is 1,500 sq. ft with a maximum capacity of 110 guests. The interior includes two spacious bar areas, comfortable seating throughout the venue, allowing guests to mingle comfortably. Boscobel opened as a nonprofit museum sixty years ago. Built between 1804 and 1808, it was originally the dream house of wealthy Loyalists. By the 1950s, after falling into disrepair, it was demolished. Preservationists saved as many architectural fragments as possible and reassembled them fifteen miles north, where the Neoclassical mansion was restored back to—and even beyond—its original grandeur. Boscobel was saved as a beautiful piece of art. Now an esteemed Historic House Museum containing one of the finest collections of decorative arts from the Federal period, Boscobel offers admission to 68 acres of our grounds, featuring lush gardens and a woodland trail. Located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, Boscobel directly overlooks Constitution Marsh toward the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, showcasing dramatic views of the Hudson River.
