The Space at Irondale occupies a restored nineteenth-century Sunday school in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, giving the 6,000-square-foot hall ceilings that rise 26 to 28 feet and a character the organization describes as "theatrical and contemporary with a historic feeling." A wrap-around balcony on three sides adds 1,900 square feet of gallery and café space, encircled by original stained glass windows. The space accommodates up to 250 guests in flexible configurations and seats 200 at tables with room for a dance floor — well suited to weddings, galas, benefits, and corporate events alongside theatrical productions. More than 150 lighting instruments and a full four-speaker sound system are available for use, and an open vendor policy gives planners full latitude over catering, décor, and other services. The venue sits three blocks from Barclays Center with access to most subway lines and the Long Island Railroad.

In the heart of midtown Manhattan, you'll find Quality Bistro, a lively brasserie with a focus on steak that serves updated versions of bistro standards in a quirky setting. The restaurant features an inviting bar, an airy conservatory, and an open dining area. The space is accentuated with custom light fixtures, wine cabinets that go from floor to ceiling, and one-of-a-kind vintage accents. In addition, the restaurants have separate areas that are designated for special functions. Main Dining Room The Main Dining Room at Tribeca Grill is the restaurant's center point, and it has a sleek industrial warehouse feel to it. Cocktail parties for up to 350 people or a formal dinner for 175 people can be held in the whole Dining Room. Arrangements can be made to reserve the full Tribeca Grill Duplex for groups of up to 500 people. This allows you to have dancing, food, and beverages all at the same time during your event. Loft The Loft is a bright, open room on the second story with beautiful hardwood flooring, 15-foot ceilings, and exposed brick walls. It also has its own entrance and private facilities. It is a dynamic space that can be dressed up for elegance or down for a fun, laid-back vibe. Although the room can hold up to 120 people for a formal dinner, the design is also suitable for smaller gatherings of 30 people or receptions of 175. The Loft can be used for gallery exhibitions, fashion events, corporate presentations, and even in conjunction with the adjacent screening room. Gallery Breakfast meetings, business luncheons and dinners, birthday celebrations, wine evenings, and a variety of other social occasions are all possible in this private, light, and intimate space. The space can hold up to 40 people for a formal function, but it is also suitable for 20-person board meetings. The Gallery provides a wonderful environment for all your entertainment needs, whether it is in the day or evening. Screening Room The Tribeca Screening Room is a state-of-the-art THX certified screening room located next to the Loft. Our cutting-edge digital cinema projection and film equipment can accommodate Power Point, laser disc, HD presentations, and 16-mm film for mixed media presentations. David Bouley was born and reared in the Connecticut town of Storrs. David's childhood spent on his grandparents' farm had a profound influence on him. Inspired by their French ancestors, he acquired a passion for preparing nutritious meals from scratch using well selected, freshly prepared components. David began working in restaurants at a young age, and has since lived on Cape Cod, in Sante Fe, and in France and Switzerland, among other places. His experience working with some of Europe's most recognized chefs, such as Roger Vergé, Paul Bocuse, Joel Robuchon, Gaston Lenôtre and Frédy Giradet, followed his studies at the Sorbonne University. After gaining valuable expertise, David went on to work in some of New York's most prestigious restaurants at the time, including Le Cirque, Le Périgord, and La Côte Basque, among others. He also worked as a sous chef in a San Francisco restaurant owned by Roger Vergé for a short period of time. David went on to become the chef of the Montrachet restaurant in TriBeCa when it first opened its doors in 1985. The New York Times published a three-star review of the restaurant shortly after it opened, attracting widespread notice. Private Dining Events and Catering provide us with opportunity to collaborate more intimately with our guests, as well as possibilities to share our passion for celebration in innovative and exciting new ways. Since New York State's mandatory closings began on March 15th, we've been taking advantage of the opportunity to engage in some serious introspection about our collective safety and our future. Perspective can be gained through the distance created by the pandemic and our separation from the familiar—work, friends, family, and social lives. We have decided to re-locate and transform Bouley at Home and Bouley Test Kitchen into a new concept due to the inherent difficulties of in-person dining in the face of the ongoing dangers of Covid-19. As we prepare to relocate from 31 West 21st Street to a new venue in Lower Manhattan's TriBeCa neighborhood (location to be determined), we are taking advantage of this rare opportunity to envision and plan what the new Bouley will look like. Bouley has been many things to many people over the course of my 35+ years in the business world. In order to achieve unbreakable health, our mission continues to be to create the most nutrient-dense menus possible while immersing guests in a community of shared culinary knowledge. Our international and discerning clientele has always pushed us to try new things and be more creative in our approach. SOHO Lofts has three unique film-friendly open lofts located in the heart of Manhattan's intimate SOHO district. These spaces are available for video, photo productions, corporate special events, and product launches. Three lofts which consist of ground floor / retail location, and attached basement, and a second floor. All these spaces could be either rented separately or combined. Privately owned, one-of-a-kind commercial loft spaces are available for rental on a daily or short-term basis. In the heart of Manhattan's SOHO district, this hotel is ideally situated. Product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, film and television productions, and photo shoots are some of the most common uses for this type of space. The lofts have a total floor area of 30,000 square feet that can be customized to suit your needs. There are currently three lofts available: one on the ground floor, one on the lower level, and one on the second floor. There are also upper built-out floors available on the property as an option. This cast iron building, built in 1890 in a bustling area of Manhattan, was occupied by a famous textile manufacturing company at the time of its construction. Many of the original details can still be found in the lofts. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200), and they are located on a stretch of Broadway between Mercer and Broadway streets. Natural light floods in through 15-foot-high sash windows that look out onto Mercer and Broadway. They also have an elevator.
