The Altman Building is proud to celebrate over 22 years of providing event services at our landmark historic venue. Established in 1896 as the carriage house for the B. Altman department store, The Altman Building is now a versatile private event venue, boasting 14,000 square feet over two floors. Our venue entrance is ground level and virtually column-free, providing unparalleled flexibility in event production. Our original mahogany French doors connect directly to the street to allow for seamless ground-level load in and welcome visitors and guests into an expansive piece of New York history. With custom hardwood floors, exposed vaulted brick ceilings, and an expanse of windows that lend an endless cascade of natural light, The Altman Building is an elegant, memorable and exciting venue to host your next event. We built our space to be unique and original in many ways but also very minimalist and interchangeable. Our tasting room is 1,000 sf and the main feature here. Large windows open onto the sidewalk. Grey and concrete dominate the space, with 2 circular bar. One bar is a food corner with a simple kitchen set up good for food catering, pop ups or the DJ booth! Lights are all dimmable to create different moods. The main feature of the space is the large circular bar with 40 taps behind it and a big circular window that overlooks our production space. On tap we have a large selection of our cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), local beers, spirits and wine. There are 2 restrooms, one with handicap access. There is plenty of seating, bar seats, custom bench and circular tables, all can be moved or removed.

Sunday in Brooklyn is a neighborhood restaurant near Domino Park that cares deeply about what and who we serve. This three-story sun-drenched corner building offers a multitude of experiences for each season and time of day. In the warmer months, guests bask in the sidewalk cafe or the open-air kitchen which extends the outdoors throughout the ground floor. In the cooler months, wood-burning ovens in each dining space, provide warmth and social gathering places. With a variety of unique event options, Sunday In Brooklyn is available for large party bookings and full restaurant buyouts. From intimate seated private dining room experiences, cocktails in the garden, and receptions throughout our multiple spaces, our venue can accommodate groups ranging in size from 9 to 200 guests.

The full venue can host up to 170 guests, with the ground floor available for 80–100 and the cellar perfect for 40–70. The space features a recording-studio–inspired bar and lounge, along with three private soundproof karaoke rooms for added fun. A professional AV system, large LED displays, a fully equipped bar, a spacious commercial kitchen. There’s also a coat check, and five bathrooms, including one ADA-accessible.

Perched privately on the top floor of the Little Flatiron Building in the heart of the Meatpacking District, our loft-like open space is preserved with white brick walls and original 1849 exposed wood beams and rafters. Natural sunlight and moonlight fill the space by way of our full wrap around floor-to-ceiling windows. The exclusivity of this multi-functional space is defined in many ways as we are ‘exclusively inclusive’. We offer private events including production shoots, product launches, activations, and dinners which pay our monthly bills. Our public events include culturally curated art + photography installations designed for members of the community who want to experience this one-of-a-kind loft and feel our vibe! Triangle Loft believes in humans being humans in a place where inspiration is provided, and creativity executed. Triangle Loft focuses on local spirits and beers while our wine stays global. The space encompasses a total of 10,000 square feet, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas. For indoor events, we have an open warehouse space, a skylit indoor catering room, and a private mezzanine lounge. Ultimately, the garden is the heart of our space, created as a quiet retreat among plants, birds, insects, and urban wildlife. Tucked in the back of our garden is a discreet wooden "treehouse", perfect for a quiet moment during any event. Carroll Hall and Dameron Architecture were awarded the 2022 AIA New York Design Award Citation for Reclaiming Urban Space. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our very foundation, which uses original bricks and existing ceramic brick walls from the prior warehouse structure, and most of the interior wood is reclaimed.
