The Richardson Woman's Club is a beautiful rural house in the center of Richardson. It was founded in 1903. Both the Founders Hall and the Clubhouse, located on a beautifully forested acres, provide an ideal location for a variety of events including weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, luncheons, banquets, parties, and many other sorts of gatherings and gatherings. If you're having a buffet, Founders Hall, which is the bigger of the two venues, can accommodate 250 people, while seating 168 guests is possible in the smaller space. With a capacity of 102 people, the Clubhouse is the more intimate of the two venues on the property. Additionally, RWC has three outside settings to choose from, including a romantic Gazebo and patio, a gorgeous brick Arbor/Pergola, and an endearing wishing well. The Cross Timbers Winery is housed in the historic Brock Family farm home, which has been restored. It was built in 1874 by Dr. Dorris, who had relocated to the Grapevine Prairie from Starkville, Mississippi at the time of its construction. Grapevine's oldest structure has been acknowledged as one of the city's five oldest structures, and it has been restored to its original design and spirit by its current owners.

The Old Irish Inn is a peaceful, adults-only retreat in Denton, Texas, set on the banks of a small lake beneath canopied 100-year-old pecan and oak trees, less than 10 minutes from the University of North Texas and about 60 minutes from Downtown Dallas. What began as an alpaca ranch expanded into a bed and breakfast in 2012, and the property added its wedding venue in July 2013. The Palace Arts Center brings together two historic theaters in the heart of Grapevine's Historic Main Street District, just minutes from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. The Palace Theatre, an Art Deco-style building from the 1940s, was saved from demolition in 1991 when the Grapevine Heritage Foundation acquired it, and today seats 432 guests across its main floor and balcony. The Lancaster Theatre, once home to the 1930s Buckner Cash Grocery and Dry Goods store, has been restored and now hosts smaller gatherings, from meetings and luncheons to receptions and dinner theater. The Student Union at Hubbard Hall serves as the hub of student and campus activities at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. Housed in one of the busiest buildings on campus, the facility includes 25 meeting rooms, the 295-seat Bridges Auditorium, and two large ballrooms suited to receptions, banquets, and conferences of varying scale. The Southwest Ballroom is the building's largest event space, seating up to 640 guests banquet-style or accommodating up to 1,000 in a theater configuration, and can also be divided into Southwest Ballroom A and Southwest Ballroom B for smaller gatherings. The Southeast Ballroom offers a more intimate setting for banquets and meetings. Beyond its ballrooms and auditorium, the Student Union also houses an art gallery, performance center, meditation room, and several retail dining options. Chartwells serves as the Student Union's exclusive caterer, operating out of the on-site Pioneer Kitchen. Conference Services, based in the building, manages reservations for weddings, conferences, and private and public events held at Hubbard Hall.
