    • 1 Restaurant

The View Lounge reopened its doors in January 2015 after undergoing extensive renovations. When you arrive at the restaurant, you will be greeted by a panoramic view of the city of San Francisco from above. This is also the reason why the restaurant is named The View Lounge; it is uncommon for a restaurant to be located on the 39th floor of a high-rise building, allowing you to take in the unique beauty of the poetic city. Furthermore, it is not only the exterior of the building that establishes the brand, but it is also the interior design that encourages diners to return. The interior design and decoration, which are inspired by Art Deco, are in the artistic style. With scenes like this, the already delectable food and beverages will be elevated to an even higher level of excellence. Tourists, locals, and anyone else who wants to be immersed in the glistening scenery of the city and the artistic atmosphere are drawn to the restaurant by its unique atmosphere. If you have the opportunity to visit San Francisco, you may find The View Lounge restaurant to be a wonderful place to enjoy your meal while taking in the beautiful views and excellent service. In addition to its convenient location in the heart of downtown San Francisco (at 780 Mission Street in the San Francisco Marriott Marquis), the restaurant offers a variety of other amenities. The View Lounge is easily identifiable because it is in close proximity to popular tourist attractions such as Lombard Street, Pier 39, Chinatown, the Exploratorium, and Little Italy. After you've finished your meal, you can go for a walk around the city with your friends and family to get a feel for the place.

747 Howard St, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA

From the beginning of your planning process through final settlement, your event manager will play a key role in the development, disposition and implementation of your requirements to all of our internal operating departments. He or she will become your primary contact for all building related matters and will take full responsibility for our role in assuring the smooth functioning of your activities in our facilities. Booth Hospitality Services for Exhibitors The aroma of popcorn or the whir of an espresso machine attracts attendees from the furthest corners of an exhibit hall. Enhance awareness and excitement with logo branded popcorn bags, coffee cups or even sheet cakes. As the exclusive caterer to The Moscone Center, Savor ASM Global is committed to making it easy for you to get the most out of your event. Ceiling-Mounted Sound System The Moscone Center has permanently installed sound systems in all levels at Moscone West, Moscone South and Moscone North. These in-house sound systems are available for your use through preferred audio-visual provider, Projection. Webcasting & Conference Recording Live Webcasting has evolved over the last ten years from a very high cost service only suitable for occasional use, into a service that can fit within the budget of many events and open up new opportunities for attendance and collaboration. Projection offers different options based upon the number of users, whether the live stream will be a publicly available, and whether you wish to monetize the service. Other considerations involve whether you wish the live stream to be embedded on your own Web site, or you wish to have an external site, or a full event portal. Most live Webcasts involve the use of branding graphics. Projection can create these for you, or work with your team on an approval process. Our Projection Capture System makes the perfect complement for on demand hosting and web-cast by synchronizing audio, video, and slide content into a professional looking video player (skin) that can include show/corporate logo, advertising, and other branding. Digital Signage Projection is constantly seeking new ways to bring technological advancement to your meetings. The use of digital signage eliminates the ever-growing costs of materials that must be disposed of after your event. This concept proposes the use of LCD or LED monitors in high traffic locations for Welcome Messaging, Meeting Announcements, Visitor Way Finding, Sponsor Recognition, Information Sharing, or Promotions. For the use in front of a meeting room, display information can include session titles, program times, speaker names, news tickers, twitter feeds, or even display the live presentations currently running in the meeting room. By utilizing a local area network (LAN) the digital signs can be controlled from a centralized location and specific programs can be created to control the signs automatically. On-demand overflow, live streaming, video programs and other data sources are also possibilities with a network backbone in place. In addition stand-alone programming is available for individual signs. Our Creative Design team can produce custom backgrounds and input the necessary content for the displays. Presentation Management ProjectionNet, our total presentation management solution supports your presenters with a piece of mind that their presentation will stay intact and won't get lost. Presenters can preview and fine-tune their presentations in a central Speaker Ready Room. The presentations are stored on a central server and delivered through Moscone's network infrastructure to a presentation machine in each session room. And in the rare instance of a network failure, any submitted presentations are still easily available to your presenters in their scheduled meeting room. Pre-submission provides speakers an opportunity to submit their presentation to a private server, prior to the event. Many presenters find this a valuable option to ensure that a copy of their presentation is available to them on-site. Projection provides an automated, cross platform pre-submission system that is accessible via a web browser. We support the major web browsers under Windows®, Macintosh®, Linux and Solaris®. There is no inherent file size limitation using our system. Our custom software offers a variety of reporting functions that allow us to track each presenter on-site. Projection provides Preview Stations in the Speaker Ready Room that exactly match the specifications of the presentation machines. This ensures the speaker can be confident that their presentation will work properly once they have previewed it on one of our stations. . A custom designed file management system speeds presenters through the process of submitting their presentations on site.

    Bill Graham Civic Auditorium

99 Grove St, San Francisco, CA 94102, USA

Built in 1915 as part of the Panama-Pacific International Exposition, the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium derives its name from the late impresario Bill Graham, who began the rock ‘n roll movement in San Francisco in the 1960s. The historic building has hosted a multitude of significant cultural events, including the Democratic National Convention in 1920, a speech from Martin Luther King Jr. to the NAACP in 1956, and served as the Golden State Warriors’ home court from 1964 to 1966. President Barack Obama was a guest of the venue both in 2007 and 2012 for campaign speeches, and the Dalai Lama offered two days of teachings in 2007. As the exclusive promoter, Another Planet Entertainment manages the building with respect to its rich history and keeps the venue active with hundreds of concerts and special events. Past concerts include performances by the Grateful Dead, Elton John, Sam Smith, Swedish House Mafia, Chance the Rapper, The Killers, Janet Jackson, Phish, Lady Gaga, Bob Dylan, Tool, Bruno Mars, Zedd, Bette Midler, Juanes, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Billie Eilish, Lizzo and many more. In preparation for our much-anticipated return to live concerts and our commitment to producing safe events, all patrons attending concerts at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium will need to show proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours from the time of entry to the venue. We encourage fans attending our events to plan ahead and arrive early, as heavy traffic is often experienced in the area. Please carpool whenever possible, and we highly encourage the use of public transportation as both BART and MUNI have services within walking distance to the venue.

    Birdsong

1085 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA

"Because each new generation is unable to comprehend what was taken from them, they are willing to settle with less and less of the genuine article as time goes on." The name Michael Frome Three things: sustenance, identity, and art. Although it encompasses all of those things, the core notion that underpins our cooking is that food is a vehicle for the transmission of values, knowledge, and tradition. The methods in which we cook are influenced by the situation in which we find ourselves, both in terms of space and time. This helps us hold on to the knowledge of the past while leaving opportunity for development as our perspective of the world changes. On our menu, we emphasize using foods in the most unprocessed and natural state that we are able to locate them in. This almost often refers to seasonal produce, which, as a result, indicates that the foods in question are at their peak of quality and taste. The fact that we can eat properly because of the sacrifices made by those who raise local veggies and entire animals brings this home to us. When we carry out our work, we recognize the weight of that obligation, which we respect and carry with us. Cooking is a way for us to honor the people who provide us with nutrition, our heritage, and our craft, and most importantly, the food that we create. When you walk out of Birdsong, we want you to feel the same way that we do—a little more connected, a little lighter (in spirit), and a little more happy and delighted than when you went in. Every occasion enhanced with Birdsong becomes more special and unforgettable. Our Reservations Page has a link that can be used to make reservations for groups of four or less people. Please click the link below for any enquiries involving more than 4 guests, and a member of our staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

    16th Street Station

    San Francisco, CA, USA

West Oakland, California's 16th Street Station is a historic landmark that dates back to the late nineteenth century. At this time, we are not renting the interior space of the building, and we are only renting the area immediately surrounding the building. As a backdrop, the site boasts a magnificent Main Hall that is truly breath-taking. The 16th Street Station will no longer be taking any rental commitments for events that will take place within the Station. Rental of outside areas is still available. Please inquire. The 16th Street Station, which opened on August 1, 1912, marked the beginning of West Oakland as the city's gateway. The Station, which was constructed for $300,000 by the Southern Pacific Railway and designed by Chicago architect Jarvis Hunt, was built by the railroad for $300,000. That same year, the Station was featured in Western Architect magazine. The Station served as the western terminus of the transcontinental railway system, and was the last stop on the Western line. Even as recently as the 1950s, Southern Pacific was one of Oakland's most significant private sector employers. By the 1960s, the railroad company had realized that their primary source of revenue was freight transportation rather than passenger travel. However, in the early years, the usage was quite different from what it is today.

    Palette

816 Folsom St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA

Chef Peter Hemsley's Palette is a fish-focused fine dining establishment that can be found tucked away in San Francisco's SoMa area. The restaurant offers a fresh take on traditional seafood preparations. Our products and services are based on the dynamic link that exists between the water and the city. In 2019, Hemsley launched Palette with the intention of conveying his unwavering commitment to the art he creates. His "Cal Coastal" culinary philosophy is founded on a profound reverence for the sea and is expressed via the use of seafood and produce that are both fresh and in season. The guests will be able to experience this enthusiasm on the plate as a result of the establishment of strong ties with committed regional purveyors. After receiving his diploma from the Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris, Peter went on to develop his abilities at the renowned kitchens of Daniel Boulud in New York, Michael Tusk in San Francisco, and L'Arpege in Paris, all of which were owned by Alain Passard. With this, Hemsley's first endeavor under his own name, he reveals a universe of cuisine that is uniquely his own. His interest in the ocean and all of its varied tastes stems from his upbringing in the Midwest and his desire to learn more about a resource that is tremendously expansive, deeply moving, and poorly understood by people. He is originally from the Midwest. "In order to demonstrate our appreciation, we make every effort to collaborate directly with local fisherman who are self-employed, such as Josh Churchman in Bolinas, Adam Aliotti in Monterey, and Kelly Fukushima in San Diego. These "shepherds of the ocean" deliver items that are of the highest quality and are fished in a sustainable manner, and they do so straight from the source. As a demonstration of our gratitude and commitment to sustainable practices, we don't waste any of the fish that comes through our doors.

    California Golf Club

    San Francisco, CA, USA

The California Golf Club of San Francisco, more commonly referred to as "Cal Club," was established in 1918. Its first location was in Ingleside, which is situated to the south-west of San Francisco, on land that was leased from the Spring Valley Water Company. The water company was unable to provide the club with a long-term lease, so in 1924, the club purchased approximately 425 acres of land further down the Peninsula. The land was originally a part of Baden Farm, and because of its undulating hills, wooded terrain, and stunning vistas of the bay, it was a natural choice for the location of a championship golf course. Willie Locke and A. Vernon Macan were brought on board by the members to assist in the design of the initial routing, which was first implemented on May 26th, 1926. After some time had passed, Alister MacKenzie would come back and redesign the bunkers as well as at least two of the greens, just before he began working at Cypress Point Club. Kyle Phillips spent 2007 and 2008 bringing the golf course back to the design and grandeur it had during its "golden age." The restoration work done by Kyle Phillips required the use of fine fescue grass, and the playing conditions on the course are unmatched anywhere else in Northern California due to their speed and firmness. It is a private club, but the California Golf Club of San Francisco can be found there.
