République, located in the heart of Los Angeles, is owned by Chef Walter Manzke and Chef Margarita Manzke. République offers a full service off-site catering company by Walter and Margarita Manzke. Whether you are having an intimate dinner or a large scale event, Manzke Events & Catering will create a customized culinary experience, and will bring the restaurant to your event. The iconic République building was built in 1929 as Charlie Chaplin's offices, and was eventually transformed into La Brea Bakery and Campanile. Now home to République, the building offers a gastronomic environment of history and grandeur to the public, featuring open kitchens, a charcuterie counter and raw bar, and a bakery. The space has been restored with original fixtures, period lighting, bar stools, and reclaimed wood tables with materials from the same decade the building was originally erected, while preserving and highlighting the architecture from the 1920's structure. République's unique space provides many different options for private and semi-private dining. As a member of the Rustic Canyon Family, Esters is a partnership between restaurateurs Josh Loeb & Zoe Nathan and the group’s Wine Director Kathryn Coker and her husband, Tug. It’s a cozy, yet stylish, Santa Monica wine shop and bar where you can come for a glass of champagne and a meal, buy a special bottle for a friend, stock your wine cellar or all of the above. Tucked inside a beautifully refurbished 1937 Art Deco building, their retail area features floor to ceiling racks of wine focused on smaller producers (whose stories they know and love) as well as a separate room for high-end finds to add to your private collection. Esters offers a full menu for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch that changes seasonally, with a delicious array of meats and cheeses curated by our “little kitchen that could.” Executive Chef Jessica Liu-He and the culinary team are committed to sourcing local fish, meats from high-quality producers, and they make as much as possible in house. Grab-n-Go options include house-made sandwiches, loaves of fresh baked bread from sister restaurant Milo & Olive, and a handful of specialty products from friends and suppliers whose work inspires us. Join them at their bar or on their patio for a bite to eat and a great of glass wine, classic stirred cocktail or artisanal beer. The indoor/outdoor space at Viviane, at the Avalon Beverly Hills, is ideal for birthdays, holiday get togethers, and any other special events. Viviane’s pool deck is available for full or partial buyouts, which accomodate 80 to 100 guests, while their indoor restaurant can seat up to 55 guests for intimate dinners, lunches, or cocktail parties. Viviane also has the ability to create a stunning poolside lunch or dinner, for up to 35 seated guests. Executive Chef Michael Reed crafts unique, personalized menus for every event. Viviane serves exquisite dishes as simple as grilled wild-caught fish and as decadent as house-made pastas. Their eclectic menu is paired with a boutique wine list and 1950s inspired seasonal cocktails. Their Kelly Wearstler designed space, a mid-century modern oasis, is sequestered away from the hurried pace of Los Angeles. Viviane's newly remodeled private dining room suits smaller cocktail parties of 25 or seated celebrations for 15.

This one-of-a-kind venue combines the character of a landmark architectural treasure with the creative energy of a working gallery, where rotating exhibitions of local art provide an inspiring and ever-changing backdrop. The building’s original details—intricate tile flooring, ornate moldings, and exposed brick—have been thoughtfully preserved and enhanced with modern updates to offer both charm and comfort. Our gallery features a spacious main floor ideal for large gatherings and a more intimate mezzanine perfect for private moments or smaller groups. Whether you're hosting a wedding, corporate event, or creative dinner, your guests will be immersed in a truly unique atmosphere surrounded by contemporary art. For full creative freedom, the space is also occasionally available without artwork between exhibitions. The Loft at Liz’s art gallery in Los Angeles features both emerging and established artists and artisans, fostering an open dialogue between eclectic and diverse points of view, ideologies and experiences. Works of all mediums are featured. Located in the historic Miracle Mile district of Los Angeles, the hardware store was born in 1979 when Liz happened upon a 4000 square foot warehouse in Chicago filled to the brim with objects culled by a local picker from garage sales, abandoned buildings, and flea markets. Liz purchased the contents, and with her keen eye set to work organizing the haphazard menagerie into a successful wholesale hardware department store. In 1992 the business relocated to Los Angeles, where Liz’s Antique Hardware remains a staple for the Southern California antique and interior design community. Our space is a 1,200+ sq ft New York style loft with weathered hardwood floors, wood ceiling beams and plenty of natural light. A fine art gallery open to the public daily, exhibits are changed bi-monthly. Art exhibits are thematically curated. Please contact gallery staff for upcoming or current exhibit details. Decor features vintage lighting and antique hardware. Two staircases lead up to the loft: one is accessed through the store and a private entrance is conveniently accessed through the back alley. A smaller private room off of the main area can be used for a full bar or DJ set-up. Location includes built-in high performance audio and wireless PA system. A fully functional kitchen includes antique appliances, hardwood kitchen island and stainless steel shelving.

The food represents the Rustic Canyon Family restaurant group’s continued commitment to truly seasonal, market-driven cuisine—a reflection of the best ingredients available from local farmers and vendors with sustainable practices. Executive Chef Connor Underwood turns out an array of wood-fired pizzas and vegetables, handmade pastas and small plates for sharing over lunch and dinner. The breakfast menu features a range of options, including egg dishes, alongside the bakery team's handcrafted breads, rustic pastries, and morning desserts. We can host partial or full buyouts, with indoor and outdoor options featuring a bounty of comforting dishes, like passed appetizers and cocktails or a family-style meal of entrées, sides and an assortment of desserts.
