Woodland Hills Country Club is a private country club and event venue set in a quiet, tree-lined canyon on the south side of the San Fernando Valley in Woodland Hills, California. The original course was designed in 1925 by renowned architect William "Billy" Bell Sr., and the clubhouse and social spaces have been refreshed to offer a comfortable, modern setting for gatherings of all kinds. The club offers over 20,000 square feet of connected indoor and outdoor private event space. Primary event venues include the Terrace Ballroom — an indoor space featuring a granite-topped bar, ambient lighting, and a permanent stage, renovated in summer 2023 — alongside The Garden, an outdoor lawn ceremony space with a gazebo and panoramic valley views. The Brad Brafford LGBTQ Center on 4th serves as the social hub for Orange County's LGBTQ community, located at 305 E. 4th Street in downtown Santa Ana, California. Operated by LGBTQ Center Orange County, the Center on 4th is housed in a dedicated space that brings together art, culture, and community through exhibits, courses, workshops, and events. The venue offers three rentable areas: the Max A. Schneider Gallery, a light-filled indoor gallery with hardwood floors and rotating artwork on its walls; the Jeff Brummett and Marc Lafont Patio, an outdoor space strung with festoon lighting; and small meeting rooms suited for intimate gatherings and presentations. Spaces accommodate events ranging from conferences and cocktail mixers to ceremonies and receptions, with a shared kitchen available for catering use. The Calabasas Community Center is a 30,000-square-foot recreational facility located at 27040 Malibu Hills Road in Calabasas, California, on a 4.5-acre parcel in the western San Fernando Valley foothills. Originally opened as the Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center, the facility reopened in March 2024 following a $2.1 million renovation — funded by federal and Los Angeles County grants — that included a full roof replacement, new gymnasium flooring, and upgraded equipment throughout. The center offers rental space for private events, parties, and milestone celebrations through two primary event areas: The Grove, a 4,500-square-foot banquet hall featuring new flooring, motorized blinds, a warming kitchen, and high-definition video walls suited to wedding receptions, galas, and corporate events; and a multi-purpose activity room with an adjacent outdoor patio for smaller gatherings and meetings. Event furniture is included with rental packages. Beyond its event spaces, the facility houses a 10,000-square-foot gymnasium, a full-service fitness studio, a dance and exercise studio, a weight room, a 35-foot indoor rock climbing wall, and a child watch playroom. Brand Park Community Center is a City of Los Angeles Recreation and Parks facility set within the historic Brand Park Memory Garden in Mission Hills, directly across the street from the San Fernando Mission. The park was donated to the city on November 4, 1920 — part of the original land grant of Mission San Fernando de Rey de España — and has served as a gathering place for weddings, birthdays, and quinceañeras for over 80 years. California Historical Landmark No. 150, the grounds preserve the colorful atmosphere of early California mission life. The one-story community center building opened on April 15, 2010, and features a multi-purpose assembly room with high ceilings and exposed wood detailing, an entrance lobby, a serving/warming kitchen, and air conditioning and heat. Combined with the park's outdoor gardens, the facility accommodates up to 120 guests. Tables and chairs are included with all event rentals. Beyond the building, guests have access to scenic rose gardens, a gazebo, trellises, fountains, and hardscape courtyard areas that provide a picturesque backdrop for ceremonies and receptions alike.
