The USC Hotel is the only hotel owned and operated by the University of Southern California, situated on the University Park campus at 3540 South Figueroa Street in Los Angeles. The 11-story, 240-room property opened in 1975 and underwent a full renovation in 2015, placing it within walking distance of Exposition Park, the LA Memorial Coliseum, and Downtown Los Angeles. The hotel offers more than 33,000 square feet of event space across 11 meeting rooms, accommodating gatherings from small breakouts to receptions of 700 and full-scale conferences of up to 800 attendees. Key event spaces include the 6,880-square-foot Grand Ballroom — divisible into five configurations — the 2,322-square-foot 1880 Founders Room with a dedicated exterior entrance and built-in bar, an outdoor Teaching Garden designed with sustainable urban gardening practices, and McKay's, the hotel's on-property restaurant available for private events. In-house catering, audio-visual services, and a dedicated event coordination team support all bookings. The Amy King Dundon-Berchtold University Club of USC occupies King Stoops Hall on the University of Southern California campus in Los Angeles — a former Los Angeles Public Library that underwent a full renovation in 2012 and was renamed in 2016 following a generous gift from Amy King Dundon-Berchtold. The club has served as a gathering place for the USC community for decades, offering settings for formal dining, informal get-togethers, meetings, and private events. The venue accommodates private receptions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, symposiums, and corporate events for up to 180 guests. The adjoining Scriptorium provides an additional 1,450-square-foot meeting and event room with capacity for up to 100. Full-service event planning and on-site coordination, bar and beverage service, catering, audio-visual support, and florals are available through USC Private Events & Conferences.

Big Red Sun is a landscape and garden design studio, plant nursery, and lifestyle boutique based in Venice, California. The company provides a full range of services. Our studio and design center, which was originally located in downtown Austin, Texas, has now moved to a location just a few blocks from Venice Beach. As landscape and garden designers, we offer a wide range of services to commercial and residential clients. We also create interior and exterior commissions, floral and plant arrangements for special events, and boutique gathering and event spaces in both Venice, California, and Austin, Texas. Owner and principal designer, Selena Souders, along with her team of designers and construction crew, create and implement a variety of extraordinary landscape, hardscape, and gardening solutions for both residential and commercial spaces, starting with the initial design concept. The talents and experiences of our team are pooled together, and our work incorporates elements of philosophy, architecture, field botany, welding, floral design, and stone carving. Our magical oasis on Rose Avenue in Venice is fully stocked with a wide variety of signature vessels, plantings, succulents, and home/garden accessories to suit any style or budget.

In recent years, Derrick Pipkin has gained widespread recognition throughout Southern California for his work in the entertainment industry, particularly for his massively successful Party In Palm Springs extravaganza and annual Mother's Day Jazz Festival. After years of successfully combining business and entertainment, Derrick has recently added the title of restaurateur to his long list of accomplishments and is looking forward to the future. Since the summer 2010 opening of PIPS on La Brea, the PIPS experience has continued to impress foodies and music lovers alike, thanks to Live Jazz on a newly-renovated patio. Luis Carrizo is a Master Chef who has worked all over the world. Chef Luis Carrizo, of Salvat, Argentina, was introduced to South American, Argentinean, and Mediterranean cuisine by his parents, who were born in Spain. Argentina and Brazil were the final destinations for his professional training and culinary education. Following graduation, he worked his way up the ranks to become the Executive Chef for Events at the Hotel Turista in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and the prestigious Hyatt Hotel in Santiago, Chile, among other places. Luis Carrizo Salvat traveled to the United States in the late 1990s to further his professional and personal interests in cooking. He accepted the position of Executive Chef at Minotaure Tapas Restaurant & Wine Bar in Playa Del Rey, California, which is well-known for being a fine-dining Spanish restaurant with a Mediterranean influence. In addition to serving as a consultant for numerous restaurant openings, Chef Luis Carrizo Salvat continues to develop menus for businesses such as Farmer's Grove and California City Market. The success of his own catering business, "Flavors of the World," in Woodland Hills has led to the formation of another.

As a private event space, our studio is equipped with sufficient power, a beautiful floor print, natural light, and a dramatic composition. Our studio also serves as a unique work space. Interactive product experiences, new product launches, brand activation, dinner receptions, influencer engagement, and weddings - for both intimate and large groups - are all possible applications. The property is located in the South Park District of Downtown Los Angeles, just a few blocks from the Convention Center, L.A. Live, the Grammy Museum, the Historic Core, and many other attractions. Honeypot has had the pleasure of hosting private events for a variety of prominent companies, creative brand agencies, and event coordinators who are interested in hosting private events in the fields of fashion, film, music and entertainment, art and culture, and other related fields. In return, Honeypot provides a transformable white-canvas studio space that can withstand any transformation. Allies Creator Studio is a raw industrial boutique space located in South Park, Downtown Los Angeles, blocks from LA Live, the Fashion District, and Gallery Row. Founded by Felix Arguelles and Tanya Arguelles, the studio was designed as a creative hub for independent artists, startups, and corporate teams seeking an alternative to conventional event venues. The 3,000-square-foot space features a 25-foot ceiling height, a 13-foot storefront window with natural light and blackout capability, a fully functional kitchen, makeup and changing areas, and ground-floor access with an active driveway for easy load-in and load-out. WiFi, heating and air conditioning, and a sound system are included with bookings. The studio hosts corporate events, product launches, workshops, pop-up shops, photography and film productions, and private celebrations. From concept through completion, the Allies team works with clients to plan and execute events across all of these formats.

loftSEVEN is a one-of-a-kind filming location in the heart of historic Downtown Los Angeles that is available for hire. A total of 16,000 square feet is spread across two stories. One of the most impressive features of the penthouse is the stunning open showcase kitchen. loftSEVEN's touch-screen-controlled AV system is state-of-the-art, and it includes six distinct sound zones, three LCD displays, two DLP projectors, and an endless number of LED lighting configuration options. The loftSEVEN Rooftop is where the real magic happens. It offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the downtown Los Angeles cityscape, as well as views of the scenic mountains to the north. On-site, a small catering kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave is available for guests' use. Security and safety measures include six-foot-tall glass barriers, as well as a 12-speaker sound system that wraps around the solarium. Our venue, which was formerly known as the Los Angeles Stock Exchange, pays homage to its illustrious and opulent Art Deco past. It took nearly two years of meticulous renovations and retrofitting before Exchange LA was finally ready to welcome the public as a vibrant venue that not only hosts nightclub events but also award shows, premiere parties and corporate events as well as fashion shows, film shoots, and charity galas. Originally built in 1930, this historic landmark has been transformed into a sprawling four-story venue that can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. Multiple rooms, seven full-service bars, state-of-the-art lighting, sound, and a massive LED screen display are all available at our ornate venue, which is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' thriving art and entertainment district. The Pacific Coast Stock Exchange, with its 53-foot granite facade and the largest bronze doors in the region, was designed to be a sight to behold and to be feared. For nearly 80 years, the Moderne style building housed the offices of the Los Angeles Stock Exchange and the Pacific Stock Exchange. It was decommissioned in 1986. With 64 booths and a mezzanine, the trading floor was housed beneath a spectacular 40-foot ceiling. The building was designated as a Cultural Monument in 1979, and the Los Angeles Conservancy has taken steps to ensure that its exterior is protected.

This private estate, built in the 1920s, is a photographer's dream, as it has been utilized for a variety of filming productions. The door's carved elements add elegance while remaining simple, and they make a lovely backdrop for wedding photos. The general Spanish design of the house is basic yet sophisticated, with rich, dark wood framing the doorways and covering the floor and ceiling. The venue can hold up to 50 guests.
