152 Merino Ln, Bridport, VT 05734, USA- Spaces for 250-300 Guests
- 1 Outdoor
- 1 Barn
- 1 space at this venue
Champlain Valley Alpacas is a family-owned, 80-acre working farm in the Green Mountains of Vermont, run by the same family since 1998, where alpacas and grass-fed beef cattle are raised alongside a small vineyard. In 2011 the family opened the Vermont Wedding Barn, a do-it-yourself event venue seating up to 300 guests for weddings, proms, quinceañeras, birthday parties, anniversaries, and other celebrations. Couples choose their ceremony setting from options that include an open field or the property's own vineyard, both with views of the Adirondacks, and can decorate under a Pagoda-style redwood arbor or a rustic Adirondack-style arbor. The barn itself comes pre-lit with soft white string lighting and includes a contained bar area and a separate DJ or band space, along with round and rectangular tables and up to 250 complimentary white chairs. A signature feature of a Champlain Valley Alpacas wedding is the farm's alpaca herd, which guests can meet and photograph, including the venue's "Running of the Alpacas" moment. Wedding parties are given access to the property for four days — Thursday and Friday for setup and rehearsal, Saturday for the event, and Sunday for cleanup — and the bride and bridesmaids can stay overnight in the property's complimentary Poolside Cottage.

Riverside Farm is a 700-acre wedding and event venue set against Vermont's Green Mountains in Pittsfield. The property's history dates to the mid-1800s, when its barns and outbuildings were first built; a couple discovered the abandoned farm in 2001 and undertook a restoration that preserved its New England architecture while adding modern amenities, eventually holding their own wedding there before opening it to other couples. The farm is now owned by Joe and Courtney De Sena, founders of Spartan. Riverside Farm's grounds include the Red Barn and the Stonewell Barn, both restored post-and-beam structures furnished with country antiques, along with the Stone Cellar for more intimate gatherings and a 40-acre meadow for ceremonies and receptions with panoramic mountain views. The property can host up to 500 guests and combines ceremony and reception into a single seamless event. Overnight guests can stay on-site in accommodations that include the Bridal Suite, the Groom's Cabin, the River Studio, the Caretaker's Cottage, and The Stables. The Lilac Inn
53 Park St, Brandon, VT 05733, USA- Spaces for 240 Guests
The Lilac Inn occupies an 11,000-square-foot Georgian Revival mansion in Brandon, Vermont, originally built in 1909 as a summer residence known as "The Arches" and designed by Chicago architect George Perkins. The estate's history includes a philanthropist owner who gave Brandon its town library and later donated what is now Branbury State Park, and decades of stewardship by four cousins, among them an opera singer and a pair of well-traveled bookstore owners. Michael and Melanie Shane purchased the property in 1991, renamed it The Lilac Inn, and restored its Gilded Age architecture and grandeur. Today the inn hosts weddings year-round, from intimate elopements to celebrations of up to 200 guests, supported by a personal wedding coordinator who guides couples through planning. The on-site chef builds menus around each couple's own "food story," and the inn provides a Vermont wedding resource guide connecting couples with local florists, salons, and other services. Guests can extend their stay in the inn's on-site guest rooms, and the property is dog-friendly.

Brandon Inn
20 Park St, Brandon, VT 05733, USA- Spaces for 220 Guests
Set in the village of Brandon, Vermont, the Brandon Inn has operated as a site of hospitality since 1786, beginning as a one-story tavern run by Captain Jacob Simonds. After a fire destroyed much of downtown Brandon in 1880, the current Dutch Colonial-style building rose in 1892, and the inn remains on the National Register of Historic Places today. The Brandon Inn hosts weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and celebrations of life across three indoor spaces available as standalone rentals: the Ballroom, the Dining Room & Gallery, and the Garden Room & Patio. Its team provides in-house catering and an open bar at the Jacob Simonds Bar, with a champagne toast, wine, and local beer, plus optional decoration, lighting, DJ, live music, and A/V equipment. The property also includes an in-ground pool, brick patio, bandstand, and a large lawn along the Neshobe River, and the Ballroom hosts free live piano music on a Steinway Model B most Friday and Saturday evenings.

Shelburne Vineyard
6308 Shelburne Rd, Shelburne, VT 05482, USA- Spaces for 24-200 Guests
- 1 Bar
- 1 Outdoor
- 3 Total Spaces
Shelburne Vineyard planted its first grapes in 1998 on the east shore of Lake Champlain, in what locals call Vermont's "banana belt" — a near sea-level stretch of the Champlain Valley warm enough to sustain cold-climate winemaking. The working vineyard's grounds, with sweeping views toward the water and vines running down to a great lawn, set the backdrop for weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, and other private gatherings. Guests are typically hosted in the Tasting Room, a 806-square-foot space centered on an elegant cherry tasting bar built from wood grown on nearby Shelburne Farms, with French doors opening onto flagstone patios and vineyard views. A separate loft overlooks the tasting room and offers a smaller, more intimate space for seated dinners or standing receptions. From late spring through early fall, the outdoor patio and lawn extend the celebration further into the vines, with tented capacity available through Vermont Tent Company. Shelburne Vineyard's events team works directly with hosts to plan weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, and holiday parties, and can accommodate catered dining throughout the property.
