Private space has farmhouse/industrial vibe and is situated on the 2nd floor. Attached cozy heated deck on first floor also available for event rentals. Venue can seat 60 guests or host up to 125 guests in a standing/seating mix - including bar seating and an intimate lounge space with furniture and fireplace. Overflow to deck which can seat/stand 30 to 50. If you need more space, we have our downstairs restaurant also available that will hold an additional 54 guests! Black Horse Manor is an event venue on Meetze Road in Warrenton, Virginia, offering a newly renovated Grand Ballroom (60' x 100') alongside a Small Ballroom (85' x 80') for weddings and private celebrations, with a maximum guest capacity of 350. Both indoor and outdoor options are available for ceremonies and cocktail hours, giving couples flexibility in how they design their day. The venue includes a Bridal Suite with a full bathroom, vanity mirror, and closet, and a Groom's Suite with a half bathroom, mirror, and closet, so wedding parties can get ready on site. Six guest restrooms, 175 parking spaces, a vendor loading dock, central heating and air conditioning, and WiFi are available throughout. Hardwood flooring runs throughout the venue, and a variety of table sizes along with gold Chiavari chairs and white resin chairs are included. Adjacent to the ballrooms, The Inn at Black Horse Manor offers overnight accommodations with 10 standard suites and 2 presidential suites, so out-of-town guests can stay close to the celebration. Fauquier Springs Country Club sits along the Rappahannock River seven miles southwest of Warrenton, Virginia, on the site of a mineral-spring resort founded in the late 1700s by Captain Hancock Lee. Before the Civil War, the property's grand hotel, known as the Pavilion, hosted Presidents James Monroe, James Madison, and Martin Van Buren, along with Chief Justice John Marshall, in a four-story hall with a 4,000-square-foot ballroom. Today the Club pairs that history with a full slate of amenities, including a golf course, swimming pool, and dining and banquet rooms used for weddings, business meetings, and receptions. Great Meadow is a 374-acre expanse of preserved open land in The Plains, Virginia, in the heart of the state's Horse and Hunt Country and about 30 minutes from Washington, D.C. Founded in 1983 by journalist and conservationist Arthur "Nick" Arundel, the property was transformed from an abandoned farm into permanent green space and placed under a conservation easement with the backing of 100 Founding Life Members. Today the Great Meadow Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, operates the grounds as an outdoor events center, hosting equestrian competitions, festivals, community gatherings, and weddings across its rolling hills and open meadows. Couples can choose separate on-site locations for ceremony and reception and bring in their own vendors, with tented receptions set beneath open sky. Because the Foundation is a nonprofit, rental fees support its ongoing work preserving open space and advancing equestrian sport, and event proceeds may qualify as a tax deduction for renters.

Great Marsh Estate's Manor House was built in the 1980s as a historical re-creation of a conventional Georgian manor house. After years of serving as a private property, the transfer to a wedding venue in 2018 seemed logical. While your guests chat on the first floor and the gentlemen play pool in our basement groom's suite, the Manor House 2nd floor rooms provide a wide and lovely backdrop for your morning hair and makeup as a bridal suite. Our famed Georgian Mansion is nestled in over 121 acres of lawn and forest, close to Warrenton and only an hour drive from Washington, DC, with restored period features and illustrious past and charm. Great Marsh Estate's Manor House is your very own unique country house for the day, with a luxurious bridal suite and a peaceful groom's lounge. The spiraling staircase, twelve-foot ceilings, stunning mirrors and lighting, and panoramic views of the courtyard Ceremony Site in the Bridal Suite were all designed with you and your guests in mind. The Reception Hall The joyous backdrop to your celebration is our Stables reception space, where your guests will enjoy dinner and reception. Heat/AC, onsite toilets, exquisite bistro lighting, and a delightful campfire area outside the covered patio have all been added to our Stables. The ideal venue for family and friends to celebrate your love! The Stables reception hall, which was erected in the 1800s, has a longer history. Its rustic architecture and wooden beams were kept during renovations in 2017, which included all of the modern comforts such as air conditioning/heating, restrooms, and a catering kitchen, as well as bistro lighting and a patio lounge space. The contrast between the magnificent Manor House and the more rustic Stables creates a unique and varied venue experience that your guests will enjoy! All of this, however, pales in comparison to the venue's natural beauty. A Visit to a Flower Farm Wollam Gardens is a cut flower farm located in Jeffersonton, Virginia, 60 miles west of Washington, D.C. On our 11 acres, we grow a wide range of unusual perennials, annuals, trees, and shrubs. Designers, specialized florists, locally focused businesses, and farmers' markets in the D.C. area rely on our flowers. For weddings and other special occasions, we offer personalized floral design. It's a joy to create with all of the lovely things in our lives! Come see us! In our beautiful pavilion, we've hosted weddings, workshops, festivals, yoga, and educational activities. Bring a picnic and meet our team while strolling through the lush rows of peonies, viburnum, and hydrangeas. Every season offers something different to see and do! Brides and grooms-to-be, rejoice! Visiting in the year 2021 During daylight hours, the farm is open to tourists every day of the week. Please keep in mind that we are a functioning farm with a production focus, and our employees may be out in the field. We'd be pleased to put you in the right way, but we don't have anyone on staff who can give you a tour. Take a self-guided tour and have a picnic at one of the tables near the pavilion, or wherever you choose to spread a blanket. Dogs that are well-behaved and on a leash are welcome. Please eliminate any rubbish and debris. Visitors are not permitted to select their own flowers. When strolling through cultivated regions, please be cautious. Between April and October/November, the roadside farm stand is filled with grab-and-go flowers Wednesday through Sunday, and the greenhouse has plants for sale. If you manage to catch us in the middle of market prep on Friday or Saturday afternoons, we'd be delighted to create a bespoke arrangement for you! When interacting with personnel, we advise guests to "maintain their distance" and wear masks. Near the pavilion is a portable restroom with hand sanitizer.

Stonewall Golf Club sits along the shores of Lake Manassas in Gainesville, Virginia, where an 18-hole, Tom Jackson-designed championship course winds through elevation changes to the water's edge. Though often mistaken for a private club, Stonewall is open to the public and welcomes weddings, corporate gatherings, holiday parties, and celebrations of all kinds. The Magnolia Ballroom serves as the club's primary event space, its grand palladium windows framing panoramic views of Lake Manassas and the course's eighteenth green. French doors open onto an adjoining terrace, extending the celebration outdoors, while the adjacent Azalea Room offers a more intimate setting for corporate meetings and banquets. Together the spaces accommodate gatherings as large as 200 guests or as small as 25. A team of event coordinators works alongside hosts on menu selection, décor, and room setup, and the newly renovated Brass Cannon Restaurant, overlooking the course and lake, serves the clubhouse's classic American dishes with a southern flair.
