From business gatherings to birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions, we welcome the opportunity to be your host for a unique experience. Pindar Vineyards' Pavilion and surrounding field can accommodate up to 80 persons for an outdoor event. For smaller gatherings, we also have the magnificent covered Wisteria Deck and the interior Lobby Gallery. Pindar Vineyards is contracted for the site fee and wine to be served, and an outside caterer is contracted for all food, rental, and non-wine beverage needs. The following is the pricing. Wedding of Pindar The cost of the Pindar Pavilion and surrounding grass area, as well as a half bottle of wine each person, ranges from $3,200 to $4,500, depending on the size of the wedding. The party host is responsible for the tent, tables, and chairs. The party and/or caterer are also responsible for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The site fee secures the full tasting room for your event. [Availability to be explored at a later date.] In addition to the site rental price, a fixed $150 staffing fee will be levied. Corporate Gatherings Pindar Vineyards is always open to hosting corporate events. Smaller gatherings of 30-60 persons can be accommodated. The Pavilion charges $350 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. A half-bottle of wine is required each participant. On request, a tour of the winery is included. [Please note that for corporate parties, the Pavilion area will be reserved for your party, but the winery tasting room will remain open at the above mentioned pricing.] The Wisteria Deck can seat 30 people for $350 per hour with a half-bottle of wine purchased per person as a minimum. On request, a tour is offered. In addition to the rental fee for the Pavilion and Wisteria Deck, a flat $150 staffing fee will be applied. Milestone & Celebration Events Baby showers, birthday parties, baptisms, bridal showers, and other events are all possible. $350 per hour for the Pavilion; $350 per hour for the Wisteria Deck; $250 per hour for the Lobby area. For all of the following places, a half bottle per person is necessary. In addition to the rental prices indicated above, a flat $150 staffing fee will be levied.

Bittersweet Property, located on a 29-acre farm that dates back to the 1920s, has an elegant country ambience and is the ideal location for your Special Day or private event. Our secluded site, which includes meadows and stone-lined fields, is perfect for outdoor ceremonies and stunning photographs. Bittersweet Farm has rustic venues available for your wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, anniversary party, graduation party, retirement celebration, birthday party, gala, fundraiser, class reunion, and more. Bittersweet Farm is located on 29 acres of farmland in historic Westport, Massachusetts, and offers a variety of photo options for weddings and events. The country atmosphere and scenic site, which dates back to the 1920s, make this a remarkable choice for an indoor or outdoor event. The rustic venue makes use of modern facilities like air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter to provide guests with a comfortable experience in beautiful surroundings. Camp Laurelwood is a 140-acre retreat and event destination in Madison, Connecticut, offering private event hosting alongside its well-established overnight camp program. The property has welcomed weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, corporate retreats, Shabbatons, school programs, and multi-generational family gatherings. Indoor event spaces include Zach's Rec Hall, a climate-controlled building equipped with built-in audio and visual systems, and the Drazen Dining Hall, a rustic open-beam space suited for receptions and group meals. The property's private lake — described as the most popular ceremony spot — provides a scenic outdoor setting with sunset views over the water. The venue accommodates up to 300 guests for meetings and events, with sleeping arrangements for up to 250. An on-site camp chef handles meal service, including kosher catering, and outside caterers are permitted with approval. Tables, benches, chairs, fire pits, a fireplace, video projectors, and sound systems are all included. Staff support is provided throughout the event weekend.

Established in 2006, Machines with Magnets is a contemporary art gallery, cocktail bar, event and performance venue, and recording studio in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The 2,000-square-foot venue and gallery combine two connected areas finished with mid-century modern furnishings, custom seating, a full bar, and Danish Modern details, and the gallery hosts quarterly contemporary art, craft, and design exhibitions. A private, lighted patio extends the space outdoors, set against a backdrop of the neighborhood's historic mill buildings and reachable via off-street parking, suited to food trucks and outdoor catering. A dressing room and back-of-house areas are available on request. Georgina's Weddings & Banquets is a locally owned and operated banquet facility in Bolton, Connecticut, serving the greater Hartford area including Manchester, Vernon, Windham, South Windsor, and Glastonbury. The venue specializes in weddings and private celebrations, offering a full complement of packages from intimate luncheons to formal seated dinners. The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 275 guests and features customizable colored uplighting, elegant chandeliers, a full bar, and a dance floor. For ceremonies, an outdoor garden area seats up to 150 guests and includes a private gazebo, scenic bridge, and water features, with a renovated cocktail area for pre-reception gatherings. A private bridal suite with bathroom access is available for the wedding party on the day of the event. Farm Florist Services If you want specialty cut flowers fresh from the farm that are pulled together into breathtaking arrangements then we are here to help. Our farm grows beautiful flowers specifically for events like yours. We have an outstanding floral design team with experience in weddings, funerals, graduations, showers, corporate events, hotels, restaurants, catering halls, and movie sets. Need other organic items for your event? Just let us know. If we are doing your flower arranging we are happy to grow pumpkins in green, blue, white, pink, orange, or beige as amazing living floral vases. We also grow wheat for fall arrangements and berries to be mixed with your summer blooms. Our honey from our farm apiary makes a sweet guest favor and our "white dove releases" can add just the right drama to the day. Our fresh cut flowers are only the beginning.

A close working relationship exists between Castello di Borghese Vineyard and local florists, caterers, and event planners, and we look forward to delivering an excellent and unique party package. The environment of our vineyard is rustic and charming, making it an ideal location for weddings and private parties. Our gallery can be modified for each event, and it features wide barn doors that allow guests to have a close look at our vines. The tasting room and courtyard provide old world ambiance, the perfect backdrop for dinner and dancing. You will have the vineyard entirely to yourself and your guests will remember your wedding for years to come! The Pellegrini Vineyards have rich and green rolling hills that showcase their fine wines and the grapes that started the whole transaction. At Pellegrini, you can arrange to have your wedding with the vineyards as the backdrop. Wines at Pellegrini include their Cabernet Sauvignon from 2001 and 2002 or their 2001 Merlot that can be paired well with a spring wedding or a weekend tasting event. Cheese goes best with wine and at Pellegrini, they have that covered too. The Private Great Room can be your host to wine and cheese parties, bridal showers, or you can sit beneath the stars and sip your wine of choice. Pellegrini weddings are held throughout the year. Terrydiddle Farm is a small working equestrian farm set on 8 acres of New England farm country in Rehoboth, Massachusetts. Owned and managed by Dave and Lissa Trott for over 30 years, the property has hosted weddings and private events for more than a decade. The farm takes its name from a historic hill discovered behind the barn in the early 1800s. The grounds offer three outdoor ceremony locations, a reception tent, and a barn for indoor gatherings, with space for up to 150 guests. A private bridal suite is available for preparation before the ceremony. The farm's resident horses — including Bella, Penny, and mini horses Veronica and Hannah — are a beloved part of the experience and available for guest photos. Events run Friday through Sunday, with one event hosted per day. Outside vendors are welcome with proof of insurance, and the farm provides a curated list of preferred caterers, photographers, and entertainment vendors. Terrydiddle Farm operates by appointment only.

Kirkbrae Country Club sits in Rhode Island's Blackstone Valley in Lincoln, about 15 minutes north of Providence. Established in 1961, the club's clubhouse opened in 2000 and went through full renovations in 2008 and again in 2020, when the events facility was redesigned by J. Brice Design International with Turkish light fixtures, custom wall sconces, and a neutral palette suited to a range of event styles. Guests gather in ballrooms with large windows overlooking the ever-changing Blackstone Valley landscape and one of the largest dance floors in New England. Kirkbrae's event spaces range from the 35-guest Charcoal Room, suited to intimate luncheons and anniversary dinners, up through the 380-guest Grand Ballroom for large weddings and corporate galas, with a tented patio, North Ballroom, and South Ballroom in between for showers, birthdays, and milestone events of varying sizes. A private wedding suite gives wedding parties a space to relax and get ready before the celebration. Beyond its event spaces, Kirkbrae is also a private country club with a par-72 championship golf course originally designed by Geoffrey Cornish in 1960, an Olympic-size heated pool, four tennis courts, and two pickleball courts. The club's culinary team prepares menus on-site, from breakfast and lunch to multi-course dinners, for weddings, corporate meetings, and golf events held throughout the year.

On Fridays and Saturdays, inquire about reserving a table after supper, and you will discover that it transforms into a nightlife attraction. The Library / VIP Stage The library is directly across the street from the Main Indoor Bar. It is ideal for larger gatherings of up to 24 people. Small cocktail parties of up to 30 people can also be held in this area. On weekends, our old world dining room transforms into a buzzing nightclub, and the VIP Stage is placed at the top of the room. With space for up to 20 guests, this section is ideal for a bigger group looking to enjoy a fine dining experience before hosting Southampton's best late-night event! Outdoor Cabana Area / Sunset Bar This room, which can be configured in a variety of ways to accommodate larger guests for cocktail parties, corporate events, birthday parties, or larger scale dining events, may be set in a variety of ways. The Outside Cabana Area has its own entrance, as well as access to our four outdoor cabanas and a private bar. This venue can seat 75 people for dinner and 150 people for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Venue Rental / Buyout Southampton Social Club can accommodate all of your event requirements. The venue offers a wide range of completely customizable menus from award-winning Executive Chef Scott Kampf, three full-service bars serving mixologist-crafted cocktails, indoor dining in our Old World-inspired dining room, a lavish outdoor patio and 3000 square foot garden, and South Beach-inspired cabanas, as well as a wide range of entertainment options.

Only one event takes place per day, with an on-site event manager included with every rental. TPC River Highlands is a private golf club and event venue in Cromwell, Connecticut, situated on a bluff overlooking the Connecticut River. The club hosts the PGA TOUR's Travelers Championship and has been recognized by Golf Digest as one of the top 10 golf courses in Connecticut. The 40,000-square-foot clubhouse, unveiled in 2019, offers three event spaces that are open to both members and non-members. The Highlands View Event Hall spans nearly 4,600 square feet and is well suited for weddings, large banquet functions, and corporate events. The Overlook accommodates up to 50 guests and features an adjoining balcony with views of the championship course. The Chestnut Room at Blissful Meadows Golf Club is a one-of-a-kind setting in which to host a reception for your guests. The Chestnut Room, which is located on the second floor of our historic, Victorian barn, which was built in 1880, features exposed chestnut beams and stunning views of our 18-hole golf course, as well as a fireplace. In addition to providing natural backgrounds with seasonal foliage, the course itself includes a gazebo area set among perennial gardens, an antique horse buggy, and a variety of antique cars, all of which make for excellent photographic opportunities. It is handicap accessible via an enclosed elevator, and the Chestnut Room at Blissful Meadows can accommodate up to 185 guests in comfort and style. The detail-oriented Wedding Coordinators at Blissful Meadows will assist you in planning the perfect wedding day and will oversee the entire event from beginning to end. The Pavilion at Blissful Meadows Golf Club, which is located in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, was created to accommodate those looking for a rustic, indoor-outdoor, barn-style venue in a beautiful setting. Our new Pavilion, which overlooks the Blissful Meadows grounds and historic clubhouse, has earned the title of "Highest Point in Uxbridge" by being the "Highest Point in Uxbridge." This open-air structure can accommodate up to 200 guests and is equipped with sliding doors that completely seal off the enclosure from inclement weather and other elements of nature. An additional feature of this location is the adjacent gaming area, which is included in your rental fee and is available for optional yard games. There is a separate ceremony site with a natural wood arbor on the Pavilion grounds that can be rented out for an additional fee.
