Brewster Academy, a private boarding school in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, opens its lakefront campus each summer for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private events. Set on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the campus combines historic character with a newly completed event center, offering clients a distinctive setting in the Lakes Region from June through August. The Pinckney Boathouse anchors the waterfront offering, seating up to 86 guests for dinner or 115 in reception style. La Maison O can be rented in its entirety for film production and features several amazing spaces including The Dungeon. The Dungeon can be rented separately for private events, parties, classes, anniversaries, gaming events, etc. The Dungeon is an actual 2000 sq ft dungeon that has been built in the lowest level of La Maison O. With an occupancy of 40 it features a centerpiece circular bar, a knights of the round table, a conversation pit, as well as sound and lighting. Given its intense theme and adult nature we cater mainly to adult events with the majority of attendees over 18. The Dungeon is not accessible. There is a bathroom. Beverage service is BYOB. We can provide staff including bartender, DJ, actors and video production. The Dungeon is a phenomenal location for content creators.

Timber Hill Farm is a family-operated farm-to-table wedding and event venue in Gilford, New Hampshire, in the heart of the Lakes Region. The farm has been in agricultural production for nearly 250 years, with the Howe family stewarding the land for two generations. Andy Howe established the Beans & Greens Farm Stand on the property in 1989, and in 2015, his son Isaac and wife Jennifer launched the farm's weddings and events program centered around the newly completed Howe Barn. The Howe Barn is a timber-framed structure built from white pine harvested and milled on-site, featuring an open-concept hammer-beam design with no interior posts. It accommodates up to 180 guests and opens to panoramic views of Lake Winnipesaukee and New Hampshire's Presidential Range. The venue hosts one event per week, ensuring each gathering has dedicated access to the property for setup, the event, and breakdown. The property has been farmed continuously since 1784 — one of the earliest homestead farms in the region — and includes a structure built in 1789 that still stands on its original foundation. In 2015, Isaac and Jennifer Howe transformed the working farm into an event venue; the Forsyth Family Farm now manages farming operations through a conservation partnership with Land for Good. At the heart of the property is the Howe Barn, a timber-framed structure built from scratch using mature white pine harvested from the farm's own forests, then milled, fitted, and raised on site by Andy and Isaac Howe alongside master timber framer Trevor Kupetz. The open-concept barn accommodates up to 180 guests and offers sweeping views of Lake Winnipesaukee and New Hampshire's Presidential Range.
