Copper Swan is a 22-room boutique hotel set on five acres along Duck Creek in Wellfleet, Massachusetts, on outer Cape Cod. The property centers on two historic structures: Captain's House, a former sea captain's manse reflecting the character and elegance of the Wellfleet waterfront, and the Carriage House, built in the early 1900s. Together they offer accommodations for up to 62 overnight guests, making the property well suited for multi-day buyout events and weddings where the whole party stays on-site. For private events, the venue offers five distinct spaces — from a large open lawn that accommodates up to 250 guests under a tent, to an intimate waterside setting at Hawes Pond, a marsh-facing deck at the front of Captain's House, a rear deck overlooking the grounds, and The Sail Loft, an indoor dining room that seats up to 80 and overlooks the pond. The property hosts one event per day. Food, beverage, and layout are personalized for each booking rather than built around fixed packages, and beer, wine, and spirits are available through the venue's on-site liquor license.

The small-scale vegetable and flower farm Slip Away Farm is located on Chappaquiddick, a small island separated from Martha's Vineyard by a 527-foot ferry trip. Our mission is to provide our Island community with high-quality, organically cultivated flowers, fruits, and veggies. With the aid of her brother Christian and good friend Collins Heavener, Lily Walter founded Slip Away Farm in 2012. We started the farm on a one-acre lease in Katama, Martha's Vineyard, and delivered vegetables by bicycle to Chappaquiddick homeowners. Slip Away was relocated to the Marshall Farm on Chappy in 2013, a property jointly held by the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank and the Vineyard Trust. We acknowledge and respect the Chappaquiddick Wampanoag tribe's ancestral and contemporary homeland on this property. Please consider making a donation to the tribe to help them continue their efforts and receive compensation. In Chappy's original one-room schoolhouse, we now run an 85-member vegetable CSA, a 55-member floral CSA, and a self-serve farm market.

All our homes are Located in the outer portion of Cape Cod in the small towns of Eastham and East Orleans. Eastham is a great town for vacations in Cape Cod. With the town only being a couple of miles wide, you are not far from the Bay or Ocean. The Bay offers great walking/exploring of the flats at low tide and is an easy walk from our rental properties and the ocean is only a short drive or bike ride away. Our homes in Eastham are within walking distance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Also close by is the Hemingway Landing, where you can dig your own shellfish, or drop a small boat and go striper fishing in Town Cove. Down the road is the Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre that offers the infamous flea market by day and movie by night. Provincetown is only a 20- to 30-minute drive away and a great place to book a Whale Watch. There are several festivals that occur in Eastham and the surrounding towns throughout the year. There are also numerous hiking trails at the Wellfleet Audubon Society nearby and a one of a kind experience at the National Seashore.
