We're not the same. Our elegant event spaces are designed to provide an exclusive setting in which to entertain your guests with great service and artisan cuisine in a lovely, stylish setting. Our chef will create a menu tailored to each guest's specific needs, budget, and preferences. We don't have standard function menus that accommodate everyone. We design custom menus and an event program using the same artisan cuisine that we serve in our restaurant. Our private dining and event rooms were created to provide guests with a flexible location for gatherings of 20 to 220 people. Our private dining area and friendly hospitality will make your next occasion genuinely unforgettable, whether it's a family style dinner for 12 or a dinner party for 150. Sicily and Toscana can be combined to seat up to 100 people for a sit-down meal and 170 people for a cocktail party. All of our event venues are equipped with cutting-edge technology, including iPod connections, Blu-ray DVD players, and plasma TVs. In Italy, a real Artisan mixes simplicity with time-honored scratch preparation using the finest ingredients. Pineland Farms is a working farm and event campus set on 200 acres across four Maine towns, with the heart of its developed land in New Gloucester. Owned by the nonprofit October Corporation and operated by Pineland Farms, Inc., the property spans fields, gardens, trails, and a central campus that has served as an agricultural and educational hub for the region. The Commons, situated at the center of campus, anchors the indoor event offerings with two divisible banquet rooms — the Mt. Washington Room and the Mt. Madison Room — together capable of hosting from intimate gatherings to receptions of more than 500 guests. Both rooms offer views of Mount Washington and the White Mountains, and the adjacent patio extends the space outdoors. A one-acre perennial garden across from the campus accommodates outdoor ceremonies and celebrations for up to 120 guests, set among more than 130 varieties of perennials, blueberry bushes, apple trees, and a seasonal display of 6,000 flowering annuals. Black Tie Catering & Events coordinates weddings and corporate events on property. The One Hundred Club is a private event venue occupying the top floor of 100 Market Street in downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The club features a wrap-around rooftop terrace with views of the Piscataqua River and the surrounding historic cityscape, a 50-seat member dining room, an 18-seat bar, and three exclusive meeting rooms spanning more than 2,400 square feet — accommodating groups from 10 to 125 guests depending on configuration. Located one hour north of Boston and 45 minutes south of Portland, Maine, and accessible via Interstate 95, the venue sits steps from downtown hotels, parks, and entertainment. Rivermill at Dover Landing occupies the Picker Building in historic downtown Dover, New Hampshire — a structure dating to the nineteenth century, when bales of raw cotton arrived by gundalow along the Cochecho River to be cleaned and processed into the calico and fine fabrics that made Dover a textile center of its era. The building's 1800s brick-and-beam bones have been thoughtfully restored, preserving lofted windows, rugged pillars, and hardwood floors while creating a setting that holds both character and quiet intimacy. The event loft accommodates anywhere from 75 to 350 guests under a flexible open floorplan, suited to weddings, corporate gatherings, banquets, fundraisers, tradeshows, holiday parties, and concerts alike. Tall arched windows carry views of the Cochecho River, Henry Law Park, and Dover's historic City Hall clock tower. Included in each rental: tables, chairs, a 16- by 20-foot dance floor, a bridal suite, and valet parking on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. Since opening in 2011, Rivermill has been operated by Kevin and Starr Sullivan, each bringing more than thirty years of hospitality experience.

Portsmouth Country Club is a private, member-owned club established in 1901 and situated along the shores of Great Bay in Greenland, New Hampshire. Its 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones and opened in 1957, anchors a property that has served as a gathering place for the region for more than a century. The current clubhouse, built in 1998, provides a polished setting for both member activities and private events. The club opens its doors to non-members for private celebrations, with no membership required to host an event. Two dedicated event spaces accommodate a range of occasions: a ballroom suited for formal plated dinners and elegant multi-course affairs, and a covered patio offering scenic views of the surrounding grounds for more casual gatherings and cookouts. Abenaqui Country Club is a private, member-owned country club and golf course situated along the New Hampshire Seacoast in Rye Beach, established in 1903. The full-service clubhouse includes an in-house restaurant, a bar room, and event spaces suited to both intimate celebrations and large-scale receptions. The main function room hosts up to 220 guests for weddings and private events, with direct access to an outdoor deck. On-site ceremony space overlooking the golf course is also available. The second-floor Abenaqui Room accommodates up to 60 guests for smaller dinners and private gatherings. The club hosts one wedding per day and makes its event spaces available to non-members with a member sponsor.

Rochester Elks Lodge #1393 has served Rochester, New Hampshire — known locally as the Lilac City — for more than 125 years. The centerpiece of the facility is a smoke-free function hall that seats up to 400 guests, featuring a stage, professional sound system, adjustable lighting, and state-of-the-art ventilation and climate control. The hall is a regular home for weddings, showers, fundraisers, and large-scale community gatherings. The lodge also offers a full bar and lounge with a newly constructed bar and wide-screen television, a renovated full-service kitchen, and a seasonal outdoor recreation area used for clambakes and warm-weather events.

The Phoenix Room occupies the entire third floor of a historic building in the heart of downtown Newburyport, Massachusetts. Recently restored to its Federal-era character, the space features a magnificent brass chandelier, original working fireplaces, hardwood floors, and thirteen six-foot-high windows that frame exceptional views of the surrounding historic district. A high arched ceiling and an abundance of natural light complete the setting. Suited to weddings, private parties, and corporate events, The Phoenix Room accommodates up to 120 guests for a plated dinner, 110 for a buffet, and 140 for a cocktail celebration. Catering is provided by Harborside Catering, the full-service team behind Michael's Harborside restaurant in Newburyport.

The Newburyport Senior/Community Center is a municipal community facility at 331 High Street in Newburyport, Massachusetts, available for private event rentals outside of its daytime senior programming hours. Managed by the city's Council on Aging, the center offers a range of flexible spaces suited to meetings, receptions, and private events of varying sizes. On the main floor, two Community Rooms — Room A and Room B — can be reserved individually or combined into a single larger space. A Dining Room with a professional-grade kitchen is available for catered gatherings, and the common lobby with a gas fireplace provides a welcoming setting for smaller receptions or registration areas. The second floor houses a Boardroom along with a Computer Room and Arts & Crafts Room that can be configured together or kept separate depending on the group's needs. The facility includes 98 on-site parking spaces. Event rentals are available Monday through Friday starting at 4:00 p.m. and all day Saturday and Sunday, with an on-site Events Coordinator available to support the booking and planning process.
