Belknap Mill is the nation's oldest unaltered brick textile mill, built in 1823 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Set along the Winnipesaukee River in Laconia, New Hampshire, the restored mill operates as both a working museum and a distinctive event venue, celebrating the region's industrial heritage and cultural history. The Rose Chertok Gallery on the third floor accommodates up to 82 seated guests beneath exposed brick walls, wooden beams, and an open floor plan filled with natural light — suited for weddings, private dinners, corporate meetings, celebrations of life, and showers. On the first floor, the Riverside Gallery offers an intimate art-gallery setting with views of the Winnipesaukee River, accommodating up to 25 guests for ceremonies or smaller gatherings. The Rod and Gail Dyer Powerhouse Patio extends the venue outdoors for seasonal events. All catering is provided through Twelve 31 Events, the mill's exclusive partner. The Lakeside Pavilion and West Lawn sit right at the water's edge of Paugus Bay, offering mountain and lake views for outdoor ceremonies and tented receptions accommodating from 100 to 500 guests. The Mariah Room is an indoor venue with floor-to-ceiling windows facing west over the lake, a granite bar, and a fieldstone fireplace — suited for ceremonies, receptions, and private dinners for up to 120 guests. The Main Ballroom, adorned with mirrors throughout, features a large dance floor and room for a band or DJ, with capacity for up to 300 guests. The Roosevelt Room is a full-service event venue located inside the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Windham, Maine, in the heart of the Lakes Region. Its 2,000-square-foot facility — with a main gathering space of 1,350 square feet — accommodates up to 76 guests for seated dinners and up to 150 for standing cocktail receptions. The room is suited to a wide range of occasions, from weddings, bridal and baby showers, and milestone birthday celebrations to corporate meetings, job fairs, and holiday parties. Each event is approached with custom design that accounts for the client's vision and budget, supported by on-site audiovisual equipment, Wi-Fi, a projector and large display screen, bar service, and a private outdoor courtyard. Two gender-neutral, handicap-accessible restrooms are also on-site. Hotel accommodations at the adjacent Microtel Inn & Suites are available for guests who need overnight stays.

Mill City Operation, which is owned and run by Tom McKay, Terry McCarthy, and Leo Creegan, took over management of the Lowell Memorial Auditorium in 1995. The Lowell Memorial Auditorium continues to thrive as a destination for all types of attractions under MCM's guidance, and is now busier than ever. The Lowell Memorial Auditorium has hosted events about 250 days a year in previous years. Walking through the structure is like reliving Lowell's and America's military history. All of the major combat sites from the American Revolution, including Bunker Hill and Trenton, Gettysburg and Appomattox, San Juan Hill, Bellows Wood, and Chateau-Thiery, are well-known. Many more fought, bled, and died in lesser-known engagements, which are also commemorated in the entablature. Fair Oaks, Cold Harbor, Spottsylvania, Chapultec, Soissons, and other cities have been named after them. To those who fought or died in them, all conflicts are as important. The Auditorium now sits at the gateway to Historic Downtown Lowell, a beautiful and suitable monument to welcome visitors and possibly Belvidere's most proud structure.

Camp Hammond is a Victorian manor built in 1891 in the seaside town of Yarmouth, Maine, just a few miles from Portland. The Dining Hall accommodates up to 500 guests and is supported by a professional kitchen capable of handling a range of meals and dietary needs. The Harpswell Inn is a waterfront boutique inn and event estate set on Lookout Point in Harpswell, midcoast Maine, occupying a historic 1700s shipbuilders' home and carriage house. The property sits above a quiet cove with panoramic views across an island-dotted bay, including sweeping sunsets over Middle Bay. The inn offers exclusive estate buyouts for weddings and private celebrations, accommodating up to 45 guests through an Intimate Experience package or up to 120 guests through a Grand Celebration package. The grounds include a ceremony lawn at the water's edge, a cocktail hour lawn with elevated bay views, and a large reception lawn designed for tented gatherings. Three private suites accommodate the wedding party, and overnight accommodations for up to 26 guests are included across eight guest rooms and three suites in the main house and carriage house. Buyouts run Thursday through Sunday, with owners on-site to manage the estate throughout.
