The Landing at Pine Point is an event venue in Scarborough, Maine, set in a beachside community approximately 20 minutes south of Portland. The two-story A-frame building — originally built in 1980 and fully restored — spans 6,500 square feet of event reception space and is managed by Black Tie Catering & Events. The main hall rises to 60-foot cathedral ceilings with exposed wood beams and centers on an oakwood performance stage with state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and audiovisual systems. Bass Rocks Golf Club is a private, member-owned club established in 1896 on 112 acres in East Gloucester, Massachusetts. Designed by Herbert Corey Leeds, the 18-hole par-69 links course delivers views of the Atlantic Ocean on nearly every hole, and the 14,000-square-foot clubhouse looks out over the course and Twin Lights.
