The property is anchored by a historic, 100-year-old limestone chapel that served as a United Methodist church until 2001; its bell tower rises more than 25 feet above the entrance, and majestic oak trees shade the surrounding grounds for outdoor ceremonies.     Star Hill Ranch is a historic event venue in the Texas Hill Country, about 25 minutes from downtown Austin. The property is built around 22 historic buildings, along with several primitive structures, relocated from around central Texas and restored to modern building codes; the oldest date back to the 1850s. Centerpiece spaces include The Chapel, a restored country church originally built in Pontotoc, Texas around 1899, and the Fitzhugh Chapel/Hall, the ranch's largest indoor space, a former community center built in 1914 that can host more than 300 guests. Beyond the historic chapels and halls, the ranch offers a Main Street/Plaza lined with venue buildings and strung with overhead carnival lighting, a covered Biergarten, an Outdoor Arbor & Pavilion set among oak trees, and an on-site catering kitchen. Owners Adam and Matt Woolley, fifth-generation Texans, have hosted weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, nonprofit fundraisers, church retreats, and film productions on the property since 2002.

    Rio Plaza is a private event venue on San Antonio's River Walk, occupying three floors of a stone-clad building at the corner of Commerce and Navarro streets. Since 2002, the venue has hosted more than 200 weddings and special events each year across six private rooms, each with its own character — from Grande Vista's domed ceiling and panoramic river views to Cielo Vista's vintage handcrafted bar and private terrace, the Spanish-influenced interiors of Calle Vista and Salon Azul, the mission-inspired Las Leyendas & Balcony, and the Penthouse's floor-to-ceiling windows and hand-painted accent walls. A private elevator carries guests between floors, and the venue anchors the Rita's family of businesses along the River Walk, alongside Rita's on the River restaurant, Bonita Rita's souvenir shop, and Justin's Ice Cream Company.
