    It was originally constructed in 1904 for the C.H. Alexander family and is an unusually well-proportioned design of English influenced architecture with a neo-classical influence that is still standing today. The Dallas Woman's Forum purchased the building in 1930, and it was refurbished and redecorated in 1967. The front columns, which are made of Vermont granite and are two storeys tall, are a focal point. The gateway roof is supported by the columns, and the entablature that surrounds the roof is basic in design. The porch is reached through a set of wide stairs, with built-in benches flanking either side. The massive double doors with patterned beveled glass are a thing of breathtaking beauty.     The Richardson Woman's Club is a beautiful rural house in the center of Richardson. It was founded in 1903. Both the Founders Hall and the Clubhouse, located on a beautifully forested acres, provide an ideal location for a variety of events including weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, luncheons, banquets, parties, and many other sorts of gatherings and gatherings. If you're having a buffet, Founders Hall, which is the bigger of the two venues, can accommodate 250 people, while seating 168 guests is possible in the smaller space. With a capacity of 102 people, the Clubhouse is the more intimate of the two venues on the property.     The Surrey House is a big historic residence that was constructed around 1910. It has withstood a century of tornadoes, fires, and other natural calamities to become one of the most well-known wedding venues in the North Dallas community. A complete renovation of the facility was carried out in 1998, and a partial renovation was carried out in 2011. Just a few blocks south of the old town center and the magnificently renovated county courthouse, you'll find this stunning residence in McKinney's historic area. Behind the main home is a big deck that overlooks the rear yard and a wedding gazebo that was expressly created for the occasion. Brides and bridesmaids can get ready for their special moments in the bridal cottage, which is located at the southern end of the backyard on the south side. It is possible to host events of up to 150 people in the Surrey House and its surrounding grounds. If an event, such as a reception, is to be held solely within the Surrey House, the maximum number of attendees is 100 people. Indoor seated weddings are limited to a maximum of 100 people. The mansion's upper floors offer private space for a wedding party to get ready before descending the antique staircase to guests gathered below. Indoor events can take place in a room with a fireplace and bay windows overlooking the lawns, while a tent can be set up outside for a larger party atmosphere. The Mansion Banquet Hall accommodates up to 150 guests. Outside, wide columned verandas overlook manicured lawns, gardens, and golf greens, with an old stone wall encircling the grounds and mature live oak trees throughout.     Belmont Manor & Historic Park is a historic estate on nearly 68 acres in Elkridge, Maryland, operated by Howard County Recreation & Parks. Built in 1738 for Caleb and Priscilla Dorsey, the manor later passed through the Dorsey, Hanson, and Bruce families, served as a Smithsonian conference center, and was owned by the American Chemical Society and Howard Community College before the county acquired it in 2012.
