The property has belonged to the Brown family since 1902, and the land still holds the trees, open meadows, historic buildings, and homestead animals that shaped the family's century on site. Karen Dickinson (Brown), the current custodian, and her daughter Hannah opened the homestead to outside couples in 2012 after roughly 18 months of planning, following generations of family weddings held there. Ceremonies take place at a hillside amphitheater seating up to 150 guests on blue-pine, live-edge benches, framed by meadows and mountain cliffs. Receptions move to an 80'x40' sided tent furnished with handmade dark wood dining tables and antique wooden chairs, strung with cafe lights and fitted with a 20'x20' wooden dance floor and raised stage. A large stone fire pit and a bar area with a two-keg kegerator round out the grounds, and the 100-year-old, five-bedroom log house on the property is available for lodging and bridal party preparation. The venue describes itself as suited to simple country weddings for couples who find more beauty in each other, and a mountain meadow, than they find in pricey city venues, with an easy-going, organized approach meant to keep the day stress-free.

Beecher Hill House
9991 Beecher Hill Rd, Peshastin, WA 98847, USA- Spaces for 200 Guests
Set on a century-old estate in Peshastin, Washington — about two and a half hours east of Seattle — Beecher Hill House overlooks apple and pear orchards, vineyards, and the Wenatchee Valley. The restored manor was built between 1909 and 1913 by Samuel P. Beecher, an orchardist who shipped the first carload of apples out of Peshastin; its fine hardwoods, stonework, and advanced features made the house an early landmark, and its formal grounds include a grotto designed to replicate the nearby Snow Lakes. Today the manor and its terraced grounds host weddings and private events, from elopements and intimate ceremonies for two to grand affairs, along with rehearsal dinners and photo shoots. Signature wedding packages are all-inclusive, covering tables, white linens, glassware and dinnerware, waitstaff, bartenders, a professional DJ and sound system, parking attendants, a guided rehearsal, and a wedding planning consultant. Wedding parties prepare in a light-filled bridal suite with two bathrooms and in-room catering, while a private groom's club — complete with its own entrance, bar, TV, and foosball table — gives the groomsmen a place to relax. Only one event is booked per day, and owner and event planner Abra Miller serves as each client's point person.

Lakewold Gardens
12317 Gravelly Lake Dr SW, Tacoma, WA 98499, USA- Spaces for 10-150 Guests
- 3 Outdoor Spaces
- 4 Historic Spaces
- 4 Total Spaces
Lakewold Gardens is a nonprofit public garden on the shores of Gravelly Lake in Lakewood, Washington, not a purpose-built banquet hall. The 10-acre estate dates to the early 20th century, and its design took shape over decades under Corydon and Eulalie Wagner, who owned the property from 1938 and brought in landscape architect Thomas Church, who returned regularly after his first Pacific Northwest visit in 1958 to refine the grounds. In 1987, Eulalie Wagner donated the estate to a new nonprofit, and Lakewold opened to the public as a garden in 1989. That history shapes how events work here. Rather than booking back-to-back weddings, Lakewold reserves a limited number each year, giving couples exclusive use of the Wagner House and surrounding gardens instead of a single interior room. Ceremonies and receptions can host up to 150 guests among century-old trees and garden rooms shaped across nearly a century of horticultural stewardship, while smaller micro-weddings and elopements are available for couples who want a quieter version of the same setting, including the Tea House gazebo and the wisteria-covered veranda. The same Wagner House rooms — an Upper Conference Room, Living Room/Dining Room, Veranda, and Atrium — are also available to rent for birthday parties, showers, corporate retreats, and other private gatherings, each with a view out into the garden.

- 4 Hotels
- 1 Ballroom
- 4 Total Spaces
Majestic Inn & Spa has anchored downtown Anacortes since 1890, when the building first served as a hardware store and office building on Fidalgo Island. A 2013 expansion and revitalization honored that history while adding a contemporary wing, and the result is a boutique hotel that pairs historic character with modern comfort in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. For events, the inn offers six indoor and outdoor spaces suited to gatherings of many sizes and styles. The Ballroom, part of the newer addition, features 18-foot ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and a multimedia wall with a built-in sound system, and it opens directly onto the Courtyard for combined indoor-outdoor celebrations. The Courtyard itself is a manicured lawn and garden framed by a white trellis arch, pergola, and stone pathway, and can be tented for an evening affair. The open-air Rooftop Lounge and adjoining private rooftop deck look out over the San Juan Islands, downtown Anacortes, Guemes Channel, Mt. Baker, Fidalgo Bay, and the Cap Sante Marina, with especially notable summer sunsets; the deck operates seasonally and hosts groups of up to 50. A dedicated conference room, with comfortable seating and modern AV capabilities, rounds out the offering for board meetings and corporate planning sessions. Beyond events, guests can unwind at the on-site Apothecary Spa, which includes a eucalyptus steam room, or gather at the hotel's bistro, bar, and cafe. The inn sits within walking distance of downtown Anacortes and the San Juan Islands ferry, making it a convenient home base for both celebrations and coastal exploration.

A newly renovated lodge anchors the site, complete with a commercial kitchen, alongside outdoor swimming pools built as a state-of-the-art aquatics facility and several dedicated programming areas. Camp Dart-Lo is well suited to field trips, retreats, and day-long events, and can also host overnight groups that bring their own tent-camping accommodations. Groups can build a custom day of programming or draw from activities Camp Fire has designed, including archery, a low ropes course, frisbee golf, nature hikes, outdoor cooking, knot tying, shelter building, and STEM lessons. The camp primarily hosts other nonprofits, schools, church groups, and community organizations, and can also work with for-profit groups or individuals who provide a general liability insurance certificate.

Beau Lodge
17581 Wood Rd, Bow, WA 98232, USA- Spaces for 200 Guests
- 1 Event Space
Beau Lodge sits on seventy secluded acres in Washington's Skagit Valley, where a wooded property first cleared in the early 1900s has grown into a retreat-like setting for weddings, day retreats, family reunions, birthdays, showers, and memorials. The grounds — shaped by decades of care, from the great room and pond added in the 1960s to the mature landscaping planted around them — offer many indoor and outdoor locations for a celebration, including a pond crossed by bridges with a spillway built as a natural fish ladder for salmon migrating to Colony Creek. The lodge's banquet room opens onto two large covered deck areas and a covered gazebo "stable," and a full-sized kitchen accommodates large parties. Guest capacity runs 150 to 200 in spring and summer and 75 to 100 in fall and winter, with rental hours from 9am to 11pm. Couples may bring the caterer of their choice, and on-site equipment includes round and rectangular tables, 150 chairs, and full place settings for 150 guests. A bride's dressing room with an adjacent bathroom and Japanese soaking tub, a separate groom's dressing room, and parking for up to 200 guests round out the property.

My Little White House
Seattle, WA, USABring your vision to life in My Little White House, an ideal setting for styled shoots, portrait photography, and other intimate events in addition to other possibilities. My Little White House is a 170 square foot boutique up-cycled studio that is located in a private garden in the West Seattle neighborhood of West Seattle. It was built primarily out of salvaged materials and vintage finds. The Little White House is a little studio that I built out of reclaimed materials and things that I found in dumpsters. It is 170 square feet in size. I didn't even consider constructing a white house or a small house when I came up with the idea. Simply put, I desired a location where I could build a fire during the colder months... Initially, it was only 10 feet by 10 feet, but over time, it expanded, the ceilings got higher, and it evolved into what it is today... People are drawn to the White House, in my opinion, due to the fact that a lot of its furnishings were salvaged from dumpsters or were things that previous owners had thrown away because they no longer wanted them. I believe that the Little White House breathes new life into all of those things in some sense... At the very least, that is what compelled me to construct it. It was the concept of turning things that were thrown away into something attractive and intriguing by giving them a second life in the form of something else entirely.
