FitzGerald's is an incredible private event venue. With rich history, vintage charm, and scalability from 25 – 750 people, we offer a unique alternative with character and flexibility. Our collective decades of experience in event production come in handy as we support you through the planning process. From before the invitations to after the thank you cards, we got you. FitzGerald’s has been a place for gathering since it was built in the early 1900’s. Up to 1925, the frame building at 6615 W. Roosevelt was a roadhouse used as a hunting lodge and sporting team headquarters. As more buildings rose along Roosevelt Road, the property was home to several nightclubs, the best-known being The Hunt Club, which flourished through the 1950’s and early 60’s–acts included Turk Murphy, Bob Scobey and Lil Armstrong. After the Hunt Club closed, the space became the Deer Lodge, complete with pool tables and a fortune teller. The FitzGerald family bought the building in 1980, and since that time FitzGerald’s has gained a national reputation for excellent live music in a casual, comfortable atmosphere. Along the way, the family purchased the buildings on either side of the club; the corner building now houses FitzGerald's Sidebar, a neighborhood cocktail lounge as well as a private event space. On March 5th 2020, Chicago entertainment veteran Will Duncan (Thalia Hall, Dusek’s/Punch House, MONEYGUN/Saint Lou’s) acquired the buildings and business from the FitzGerald’s family as they transitioned to retirement. The ownership transition achieved an uninterrupted experience for the many regular patrons, without closing for even one day. Haymarket Pub & Brewery is a brewpub and event venue located at 737 W Randolph St in Chicago's Randolph Street corridor. The name pays tribute to Chicago's Haymarket Square — site of the 1886 Haymarket Affair, a labor demonstration that helped establish the eight-hour workday and inspired May Day observances around the world. That history informs the brewery's identity as a place for working people of all kinds, a welcoming spot to gather after a long day. The venue's private event space, The Haymarket Tavern, accommodates semi-private gatherings of up to 40 guests in a reserved section of the back bar and dining room, or full buyouts for groups of 100 or more — with complete venue buyouts available for up to 350 guests. The space comes equipped with two pool tables, two dart boards, seven flat-screen TVs, a 100-inch HD projector screen, and a full sound system. The Merrick Rose Garden features hundreds of beautiful rose bushes, as well as the historic Fountain Square Centennial Fountain. The Garden is located at Lake Street and Oak Avenue, one block east of Ridge Avenue. In 2003, new garden lighting and irrigation systems were installed and the retaining walls were reconstructed. The distinctive environment of Lynfred Winery is ideal for your next private event, wedding, or business conference. Whatever your requirements, we will work with you to create a unique event that will delight both you and your guests. All group activities hosted at Lynfred Winery are open to attendees who are 21 years of age or older. Most events require a minimum of twelve guests. Depending on the occasion, the maximum number of visitors ranges from 20 to 60. Private activities are held seven days a week, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., from January to September. Due to production and other scheduled activities, availability may be limited. In the mid-1970s, Lynn and Fred bought the Fenz Home, a one-acre property near the intersection of Roselle and Irving Park roads in Roselle, Illinois, which had already been historically significant: it had been inhabited by Colonel Roselle Hough, after whom the city is named. The Hattendorf family erected the structure in 1912, and Fred and Lynn rebuilt it, keeping the original detail and modifying it to serve the winemaking operation. Fortunately, the more than 18-inch thick cellar walls provide optimum temperature control for aging wines. Lynfred Winery, founded by Fred and Lynn in 1979, produces 5,000 gallons of wine in seven varieties. Lynfred has held true to its promise of producing exceptional wines over the years. Fred began construction on a 24,000 square foot state-of-the-art winemaking facility in 1990. While Lynn and Fred have both passed, their "small winery" rose to prominence in the winemaking world, and they left a dedicated team to lead Lynfred Winery into the future.

This isn't your typical rental property. Originally erected in the early 1900s with a cobbler as the first owner, the building was then converted into a zinc foundry, where it stood for almost 50 years. The foundry was also said to be the location where Oscars were cast! We took over the property and completed a thorough restoration, transforming it into a modern, open-concept photography studio while keeping the building's industrial feel. We've had the pleasure of hosting a number of incredible projects with some incredibly talented clients from all over the country. This room is ready for your next project, whether it's photography, video, casting, or something else else. The Colonnades Club occupies the third level of Memorial Stadium's west side, stretching end zone to end zone across more than 15,000 square feet beneath vaulted ceilings. Built into one of the University of Illinois's most storied athletic landmarks — the stadium dates to 1923 — the club pairs an expansive interior lounge with access to the WWI Memorial Columns along the historic west colonnade. The space accommodates seated dinners and receptions for up to 550 guests, featuring a solid oak dance floor and outdoor seating that overlooks Zuppke Field. In-house catering is available, and wedding parties can access the stadium field and stands for photographs. The venue has hosted weddings, banquets, corporate gatherings, and celebrations of all sizes since the stadium's premium spaces opened.

Oak Hill Farm is a family-owned wedding and event venue nestled on a historic 19th-century farm in Apple River, Illinois. The property has been in the family for over 50 years, lovingly restored from a deteriorating estate into a gathering place that blends rustic character with thoughtful care. The farm's signature chapel — a relocated country church from a neighboring congregation — launched a wedding hosting tradition now spanning more than 25 years. The grounds include multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces, from a restored 1891 barn to the Pavilion, a 4,800-square-foot post-and-beam structure completed in 2020 that accommodates up to 250 guests. Retractable window walls open the Pavilion to sweeping countryside views, while string lights and chandeliers set the atmosphere for evening events. Four outdoor ceremony locations, two ponds, a fire pit, and manicured grounds round out the property. Oak Hill Farm provides tables, chairs, a dance floor, lighting, and bar setup as part of its packages, and welcomes couples to bring their own vendors. It's happiness you can taste, whether it's finding the ideal beer pairing or incorporating beer into our delectable steak marinades and soups. The Founder's Room, located in lovely downtown Downers Grove, offers private dining space for up to 90 guests. The room can easily be divided into two smaller spaces, each holding up to 40 people. Andy Burns, Emmett's creator and founder, first became interested in the craft beer market while attending Marquette University. Andy worked as a carpenter's assistant in the heart of Milwaukee (Brew City) during the summers. He and his boss, Jim, would unload their work truck and crack open one of Jim's home brews after a long day's labor. Andy was smitten. He studied up and began brewing his own beer at home after visiting a local home brew business. Andy joined the Marine Corps after college and flew reconnaissance drones while his homebrew gear gathered dust. Andy saw the rise of craft beer while training on the west coast. He drank it down, amazed at the variety of beers and breweries along the coast. Craft beer was nearly non-existent back in Chicago, he realized. Andy spoke with craft brewery owners, sat in the front row at brewing seminars, and believed in his mission: to pioneer craft beer in the Chicagoland area. Andy and his team of brewers now produce world-class beer in Chicago's backyard. Locals brew for locals, neighbors help neighbors, and beer and food lovers meet just down the block to celebrate good times. Emmett's is now bottling its beer, so you can enjoy a six-pack of locally brewed beer at home.

At its core, ELAWA FARM is an innovative public-private collaboration devoted to the preservation and maintenance of a rare combination of natural environment, created landscapes, as well as architectural and historic structures. It was in 1998 that the City of Lake Forest purchased a 16-acre tract of land that included the original farm complex buildings that were once part of a gentleman's farm dating back to the early twentieth century, known as ELAWA FARM. Rialto Square Theatre is a National Register of Historic Places landmark in Joliet, Illinois, designed by Chicago architects Rapp & Rapp and opened on May 24, 1926. Built in the Greek, Roman, and Byzantine tradition for the Rubens brothers' Royal Theatre Company, it is widely referred to as the "Jewel of Joliet" and considered one of the ten most beautiful theaters in the nation. The theatre's interior spaces have made it a sought-after setting for weddings and private celebrations. The Rotunda — modeled on Rome's Pantheon and ringed by 18 Corinthian columns — accommodates ceremonies for up to 160 guests and connects to the Esplanade, an inner lobby designed after the Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles.
